The Social Amherst is a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live. The community feels friendly and inclusive, thanks to both the supportive neighbors and the attentive staff. I’ve felt truly at home here.

Living here has been amazing! The community is friendly and the staff is responsive and caring. I’ve never felt more safe and well-supported than during my time here.

The community and staff are always so nice and helpful. The area is quiet with everything close by. Never had a problem with the parking or anything being fixed.

Third year living here and we still love it! The staff are pleasant and helpful and the grounds are always well kept. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner!

Just moved here and love the place so far! Made a good choice for me and my pups! Especially because they have a dog park on the property, a bonus!

I’ve throughly enjoyed living at the Social Amherst. The staff has been extremely helpful and responsive when needed. They will follow up about any issues that were reported and make sure that the problem has been successfully solved. They’ve communicated very clearly about closures, updates, warnings, events, and activities on and around the complex. Overall, my experience has been great and I expect it’ll continue that way.

I moved in a few months ago and everyone is always super friendly. Staff is always willing to help and respond quick to any needs or questions. Great community to make new friends.

I really like the social it’s a welcoming community. The amenities are all super convenient and always clean. They are also always holding events brining the community together.

It’s been great love the atmosphere and leasing office attendants. All problems have been solved swiftly and in a professional manner with consideration for the tenants.

Awesome services and great staff. Always there and helpful. Listens to any concerns and always happy to help. My stay has been nothing but enjoyable at all times. 10/10 would recommend!

All the people I’ve met here are very nice! Occasionally there are dogs off leash outside of the dog park or there’s poop in the dog park that doesn’t get picked up, but otherwise people are very friendly and the complex is well kept!

Love it here!! It’s so quiet and peaceful. I love how there’s so many different trails near by and how beautiful the scenery is. Everyone is so nice here too!!

It’s a quiet community with a near by gas station, near by food options, and not a far commute to school. The staff is very kind and helpful and moving in my room was ready and clean

Highly recommended. Been living here for 4 years. Very quiet surroundings and staffs are professional and friendly. Apartments are well-managed. Community events (food trucks, bbq, popcorns, etc) are often organized by staffs. One bus line (#31).

Great complex, and apartments. Super friendly leasing office! Wasn’t aware we had to pay to have packages delivered but other than that, great place!

A great living experience for students and professionals alike. The community is conveniently located on PVTA Route 31 for quick transportation to local centers. Definitely consider The Social if you are looking for an affordable housing option with plenty of support from the leasing staff.

It’s a good location and a nice place to live. The backyard opens up to a farm and the society is nice and quiet. They also have outdoor grills and a gym too

Been living here for 4 years. Apartment is nice, clean, and quiet. Around the property is quite. Staffs are all nice and professional. Maintenance requests are dealt with care and quick. Bus line 31 and the stop is right in front of the property. Takes 10-12 min to UMass campus by car, 15-20 by bus. Highly recommended

Nice little community of people. Dogs are allowed. Perfect for just starting out. There is a little dog park too that is so cute. Seems quiet too.

The area is a great spot not too far from my campus with a bus the runs regularly right outside of the complex. The management of the complex is amazing and extremely helpful especially Phoenix.

You cannot find a better place other than here within the area. Reasonable pricing, spacious floor plans, wonderful landscape, and the best staff you will ever experience.

All staff at the Social are extremely friendly and make great efforts to host community events. Additionally, maintenance always addresses issues as soon as they occur. My husband and I love living here!

The staff is really nice and responsive. They let me know about tree removal and what to do in the wintertime way in advance so nothing came as a surprise. Nice apartment and really happy with everything

It is very peaceful here. The grounds are clean, maintenance is very responsive. The dog park is a great addition and I like having Dunkin so close by. Matt, Mel and Phoenix do a great job.

I love how accommodating the leasing office staff are, very understanding, and I like the residents that live in this community as well! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The environment (how quiet the surroundings are, with Dunkin' Donuts, Frontier Pizza and Subway nearby) is a nice cozy, convenient place to live in. Really like the living experience here!

Staff is super nice, always willing to help with anything. Move in was easy, the pamphlets helped a lot. Its nice and quiet, the only noise comes from the road sometimes but thats no big deal.

I was immediately surprised by the hospitality I encountered at The Social. The leasing office was willing to meet with me outside of standard operating hours so I could get my key and move in. Now that I'm here, it feels downright peaceful all hours of the day. I can't recall a single time where neighbors, loud music, or local disturbances intruded on my day. It feels perfectly nestled behind the strip mall on the highway and I feel safe walking to the store late at night. The biggest downside is the size of the laundry room for the population of 70 housing units, but there's a laundromat in the strip mall just through the trees to help remedy that.

The room I am staying in is very tiny and it doesn’t have any lighting. There is a light switch but literally no light on the ceiling. The house in general is also very small storage wise. it’s definitely not for three people.

Amazing society. Great staff. A little overpriced for an apartment without basic furniture like bed, sofas, table/ chair etc., but compensated with a pleasant living experience.

The place is perfect for someone who doesn't like living in a giant building that houses hundreds of people. The area is very calm at night, easy to sleep with the windows wide open making everything much more comfortable.

Move in has been super easy and the staff is very helpful with all my needs! Apartment was very clean when I moved. I could not beat the price with how nice the inside is!

The best place around Amherst and Sunderland. As much as the place is lovely, staff is another reason you want to move into. I don't think I will be able to meet such a wonderful staff like Matt, Pheonix, and Mel in the future.

It's an amazing community to live in. It's spacious, friendly and secure. Phoenix was really helpful in knowing the locality on transportation, banks, etc.. The apartment was clean and tidy.

The Social is a quiet, peaceful, and comfortable place to live. Phoenix, Mel and Matt are the staff on-site and they do a wonderful job helping with any problems. I love the color scheme, everything is blue themed including the doors which just makes me so happy! The bus system is consistent for getting to Amherst and the bus stop is right outside the complex. Amherst is also 10 mins by car which is nice. Theres a bunch of little businesses by the bus stop like: Dunkin, Frontier pizza, hair salon, laundromat, corner store, a Korean Deli, and an alcohol store. There's a dog park with obstacles and a gym with a treadmill and some weights. Ive lived here for 3 years and intend to stay for the foreseeable future. Thank you Mel, Phoenix and Matt, y'all are the cornerstone of this lovely place.

I haven't been here that long yet, but so far it's pretty darn good. move in was really easy. It feels really cozy and eveything works as it should.
