The neighborhood stretches from just north of Highway 90 south toward Seminole Golf Course and Club. Not understanding. If there is a serious situation. They don’t seem to want to handle it. I just moved here.. and already ready to leave. I’m not happy.
The apartment community is very quiet and relaxing..Great for studying and very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping centers.Good employees and helpful maintenance
Great apartment complex! I have stayed here a little over a year now and have had no problems. The front office staff is wonderful and very helpful when I have any questions. The maintenance requests get response as soon as possible. Great community.
good communication when asked questions and for the most part if there’s a problem with unit helpful responses and nice people to help get through said problems

Poor management. I paid my first and last month rent plus a security deposit and they didn’t give that back to me. I’ve been living in an uncomfortable situation and management has not been up to part. My apartment had a water leak and it was coming out the wood floors they didn’t fix it and a lot of bug problems.

The apartments are older and it shows, but if you are income restricted or a college student its affordable. The appliances are on there last legs and the mattresses ummm they are not lets just say that.

It’s nice, I really like the layout of my apartment and the close proximity to both tsc campus and fsu campus. I like that there is WiFi provided and that I have a washer and dryer.

Poor management. I’ve been living in an uncomfortable situation and management has done the bare minimum with dealing with it. Back to back bad roommates and basically being forced to live with this girl and her boyfriend for months. Their solution is that I, the person who was here first, didn’t violate the lease, and will be moving out in July, transfer units while she stays in the unit.

Since I’ve moved in I didn’t really have problems. It was small things but it was really something I could handle myself without calling maintenance. The part I stay in is quite no noise problems at all.

Everything has been going so good so far, only been staying here for about 6 months now. Haven’t had any real problems with the apartment besides clogged toilet, other than that things have been going great.

Lovely and nice staff the neighbors are quiet and respectful. The area is clean and close to many food places. It is close to fsu and about 10 minutes from famu. The workers are always willing to help the residents and go out of their way to make sure you have a nice time.

Not a problem with the staff, maintenance tries to stay on top of everything, you get what you pay for. The actual apartment isn't that bad, neighbors can get a little annoying and throw trash everywhere. It gets picked up though.

It’s okay for the price, just a lot of shootings last year. Also beware your carpets may be ruined when you first move in and not cleaned your entire stay.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with 2700 social . The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment

Living at Social2700 has been a convenient experience. The location is perfect, close to FSU, which makes getting to campus easy. The apartment is always clean, and the common areas are well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One thing I appreciate is that it's rarely crowded, so using the amenities like the pool or gym feels comfortable. The management regularly organizes lunches, breakfasts, and coffee gatherings to help residents connect, but I haven't had the chance to attend due to my school schedule. The only downside I’ve encountered is that maintenance requests can take a long time to be addressed. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you’re looking for convenience and a quiet environment to focus on your studies.

Everything has been cool so far. I like that some of the maintenance workers try to get things done quickly. Everyone in the leasing office also seems very nice.

I think my time here at the Social was well spent. I do think they can do a bit more renovating, and upgrading the shared kitchen area and bathroom area in bedroom. Other than that, it’s fine. Have a great day

It’s been alright the only complaint is our dryer is still broken after a month of having the maintenance request in. finally was able to talk to one of them but they said they were just now calling the people to get new dryers.

One of the biggest issues with the complex is the apparent lack of care for the residents and anyone else who lives onsite. Representatives in front office do their best and are generally nice and helpful. Management and Maintenance are the biggest issues on the grounds. The community itself is relatively gross because of all the trash the management and groundskeeping team refuse to do anything about. The complex is only maintained and cleaned thoroughly a few times in the year, and even then is done through a third party service or contractors instead of onsite team. decent place for single students but cannot recommend to anyone beyond those down on their luck or who lack the money for a better apartment

I believe the community is making a lot of steps in the right direction. This my second year staying at the social and so far it is completely different from the first stay. The management made it seem like a chore to help residents but this year the staff seems very transparent and happy to find resolve to the situation. The only reason I grade it a 4 out of 5 is safety concerns.

Awesome staff and great community they clean the parking lot and its a very quiet and calm neighborhood 10/10 great move in experience is close by alot of restaurants

Very rude office workers, besides Chealsea. Put in several work orders for a broken microwave since i’ve moved in, and no one has came to fix it. We were told that we were going to get gift cards after they over sold the apartment we originally signed for. They didn’t give us the gift cards until over a month after they initially said we’d receive them. They also have walked into my apartment several times without my permission.
This community isn’t horrible compared to other places. Of course there are better student spaces available but for the price of rent it isn’t too bad. Personally, i believe there is a lot of room for improvement but it isn’t that bad. The property managers are hard to contact though.

Now that I have finally moved in, it is a good place to live. Management seems to care about the property and making things right. They are painting the outside and cleaning up the property.

So far so good haven’t had any problems besides roaches and it got fixed immediately! They were very fast with getting pest control out and fixing the problem before it got worse.

Overall living at the social has been a very peaceful and enjoyable experience! I will say the first few days was overwhelming but as time progressed this place has been a blast with little to no problems at all. Emailing the team will only take 2 days to respond and I’ve never seen a service so active for their audiences.

Maintenance is inconsistent. Management not the best. Community is not only for students. They don’t keep up with the complex appearance. We don’t have access to a gate key and gate remains open and we are across the street from a homeless shelter.
