The apartments at Silver Lake have been a great place to live for me the 4 years that I have lived here. Not sure what else I could ask for. You need to come out to Silverlake and take the tour. From the pools to the sky lodge, to the dog park, to the lounge with free coffee and tea, machine, to the special events, and now just recently completed the Silverlake Park .

Silverlake is a wonderful community, with a great and accessible staff team, amazing nature (park, lake etc) for hiking and outdoor activities. The events are very inclusive and the amenities are awesome!!! What I also really love is that I can park my car in a covered/protected garage. Highly recommend. Mia

I have lived in Silverlake luxury apartments for 4 years. The employees including the leasing agents Natalia, and Victoria, the manager Kristen have always been here to help. There the best! You have a problem it is resolved. Every month they have a get together in the lounge area to meet new friends and enjoy tasty foods. The pools are maintained to perfection with a plenty of seating including lounge type seating on a tanning area in the pool. If you want to cookout there are cooking areas in both Bldg1and 2 garden areas. Also a BBQ area close to the pool area. If you have a dog there is a nice dog park on the grounds.

I’ve been here at the Silverlake for about two years now, understand this things can happen anywhere if you’re in a house, apartment complex, etc. but as far as the community/management/property wellness I’m satisfied with this apartment complex. Nice area, close to multiple shopping centers, plenty restaurants nearby, plenty hotels near by so if you’re having family visiting, they could stay fairly close to you.

This is my 4th year living at The Silverlake in Grapevine Texas. I have enjoyed all the amenities, especially the professional Staff, including the onsite manager, leasing agents, and even the maintenance staff. If something is needed they are here to help. The facilities are well taken care of including the pools, BBQ Grills, Dog Park, and the Zen Gardens.

Silver lake was on my radar for a few years before we actually decided to move hear. We love the small community environment. We were also drawn to the amenities. The property upkeep has went down for a few months but we are noticing improvements. We love what the city of Grapevine is doing behind the property. Overall our stay has been enjoyable.

We moved in July 2020, and the management at the time were extremely attentive. After a few months, they got new management, who were terrible. They were updating their online rent payment, but had a bug. Rent didn’t go through for several people, and they handed out eviction notices for everyone at the end of the day on Friday. We had to move out in 3 days!! We tried to contact them over the weekend and no one answered back. We had everything packed and movers on Monday morning…it was a nightmare. Airplane noise is high in this area due to DFW Our car got broken into People don’t clean up after themselves in the common areas Garbage is always piled up and it smells No one picks up after their dog Save yourself and don’t move here!!!

I would recommend this community. However, for noise sensitive people, I would not recommend an apartment overlooking the pool.

I flew to Dallas twice to look for a place to rent while I decide if the Dallas area would be home long term. I toured over 30 places and Jefferson Silverlake had everything on my list. Everything is clean and well designed. I can't wait to host family and friends. Its a great location for work travelings and the staff/residents are very friendly.

This property is right in the middle of the flight path of the planes going to DFW. You will hear the noise from the early morning. The walls are not soundproof. As of Sept 2020, there is a lot of nearby construction noise too. Beware of the noise in the day in this property. Do not get tempted by all the jazziness of tech and the modern look. It is no use if your sleep is disturbed every night.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We have very recently completed our construction at our community and that of the office building in front of us. We are located 2.3 miles from DFW airport with a view of many of the planes leaving and taking off. We do understand the importance of quietness throughout the day, especially if you work from home; we offer an expansive 17,000 sq ft clubhouse with ample room for work spaces if you are needing a quieter area to work. If you have any other concerns, we would love to schedule a meeting with you and the manager, please reach out to the office directly for a time to meet.
Jefferson Silverlake is a wonderful upscale property with a very responsive staff.
