Property Ratings at The Silvergate
Newest Community in Brentwood has it right - nice size 2 bedroom apartment with indoor private washer & dryer included - no more trekking to the Laundromat. The Fitness Room is nice size and I no longer need my Gym Membership. There are nice events at the Pool and BBQ area, like Taco Night and events to celebrate the holidays - nice way to meet some of the other neighbors. I like that it is right along the bike trail and close to the shopping, restaurants and quick to get on the highway.
Our apartment has had no AC for the past 3 months (the height of the summer). Maintenance took 2 months to come a look at it from our original phone calls. It is still not fixed. Our apartment has an infestation of ants that they also refuse to come do something about or even return my call. The leasing office is never open nor do they answer or return your calls. Save your money and get an apartment somewhere else. It is not worth the nightmare of living here.
I'm a new resident at The Silvergate Apartments, and I can confidently say that it has been a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the commitment to creating a comfortable and welcoming community. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations in terms of both design and functionality. The layout is well-thought-out, maximizing space and natural light. The modern fixtures and appliances in the kitchen and bathroom add a touch of luxury, making everyday living a joy. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like ample storage space and energy-efficient features that contribute to a more sustainable lifestyle In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend The Silvergate Apartments to anyone seeking a well-maintained, stylish, and community-oriented living space. My time here has been nothing short of fantastic, and I am grateful to have found such a gem in urban living. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a sense of community, The Silvergate Apartments is the perfect choice.
