The Silvergate site is conveniently located at 1290 Business Center Drive in Brentwood, near the intersection of Sand Creek Road and Brentwood Boulevard. The Silvergate is a luxury apartment community consisting of 166 units in 14 buildings, plus a leasing office and recreation building which includes a common clubhouse and outdoor recreation area. Both two-bedroom and one-bedroom units will be available. The Silvergate has the largest one-bedroom and two-bedroom units in town!       Great place to live

      Great place to live close to downtown close to grocery stores shopping and to the freeway. Very secure one way in one way out access night security. Very clean property great neighbors.

      A year in a half here

      I have been renting here for about a year and a half and its a very nice quiet apartment complex with spacious luxury apartments. Tenants are friendly and never had any issues except my heat/ac last year. That ended up being fixed and so far everything has been chill.

      We’ve had such a great experience living here! The community is always clean and well-kept, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It feels welcoming and we just renewed for another year!

      Best Place in Brentwood

      Newest Community in Brentwood has it right - nice size 2 bedroom apartment with indoor private washer & dryer included - no more trekking to the Laundromat. The Fitness Room is nice size and I no longer need my Gym Membership. There are nice events at the Pool and BBQ area, like Taco Night and events to celebrate the holidays - nice way to meet some of the other neighbors.       Lots of problems for a supposedly new complex.

      Our apartment has had no AC for the past 3 months (the height of the summer). Maintenance took 2 months to come a look at it from our original phone calls. It is still not fixed. Our apartment has an infestation of ants that they also refuse to come do something about or even return my call. The leasing office is never open nor do they answer or return your calls. Save your money and get an apartment somewhere else. It is not worth the nightmare of living here.
