      Poor management

      The staff who care for their residents treat those who pay their salaries with the rent unprofessional.

      Terrible Management

      Don't live here. The new management is terrible. Maintenace takes forever to be serviced, you'll have to follow up at least 3 times and no one will pick up the phone. They have never completed a repair the first time they were at my unit, they always need to come back another 3 times weeks apart. And you will get told off for even reporting a problem. I was left without a bathroom for a month because of a leak that took 20 minutes to resolve. The office people are rude and condescending. There is no clear communication, they don't answer the phones or emails so be prepared to have to keep leaving work early to resolve any issues. They took months to update the phone numbers and contact you could find online so I would keep reaching a disconnected phone message. No one checks decals, so there's never any parking.  Mgmt does not take security risks seriously when reported to them. The biggest issue is definitely the management office. The fact that nothing is ever clearly communicated and then you keep getting gaslit in person is literally insane.

      TERRIBLE. DONT LOOK HERE

      If you’re reading this , take what I say and others in the reviews serious. This community is. A. Nightmare. We have been here for almost a year and we’ve had nothing but issues. Ac breaks constantly ( around once maybe twice a month) they seem to like bandaging issues instead of fixing them. My bathtub has peeled twice and needed to be resprayed and sit in an apartment that smells like a warehouse. Washer and Dryer are probably older than my parents and constantly don’t work and is a battle. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE. Massive mold issue that if you’re not on top of then you’ll get sick. Maintenance is terrible. Leasing Management speaks to you ( if they even answer ) like you’re a numbskull 0 IQ human being and they’ve only been in management for 3 weeks. HA! But they are taking over a community that has already had tons of issues so I’ll give them grace for that. This place is good for you if you need a roof over your head and that’s it pretty much you’ll just have to deal with all these massive issues that doesn’t justify the price of rent.

      Poor management

      I have had a broken washing machine for 3 weeks. Multiple emails requesting a repair have resulted in a maintenance worker entering my home 3 times without notice - twice while I was not home. And after all of that the machine is still broken. Poor management, ridiculous price. Cannot wait for the end of my lease.

      A current resident

      Do not move here!!! Living at Boca Cielo is decent even thou everything they show on line is from a decade ago. All pristine on the website ( new gym, indoor, outdoor, poolside chaises new and sparkling, same with the bbq stations, clean) but when you see it, it is old and run down, whilst still clean, it is from a long time ago. Comparing price point and quality, you might agree to rent. Nothing luxury but clean and the grassy areas are well kept. They offer a Club House but we were not able to use it. They told us it was damaged by previous renters.... Alas the renewal arrived with a 40% rent increase. No improvements to the apartment ( re paint or change some really old fixtures) were offered. Just the horrendous price increase. If you want a short term, I guess it is ok, but knowing what we experienced with the Cielo Property, we would have not rented here.

      DO NOT MOVE HERE, RUN!

      Very poor property management and absolutely no maintenance on the appearance of the buildings. Never any parking spots because no one from the office checks the decals on the cars parked overnight so the residents who pay and work all day are never able to park. Entire community is full of loud, unattended children constantly littering. My neighbor got her car broken into twice. Needles in parking lot, they found a baby in the dumpster it’s a horrible place don’t move here you’ll regret it.

      Would give zero if possible - don’t live here

      Update!: don’t live here. This was by far one of the worse experiences ever. I never leave poor reviews but this was so bad people need to know. When I first moved in I loved it and when the former manager left everything changed quickly. My apartment as well went down hill and no one cares. The place had SO many issues it was disturbing. The place should have never been rented it was never in living condition. My front door didn’t fit the frame so when I moved in there was a big space in between the door and the actual frame so you could see outside. So they came in and fixed it or I should say “fixed” it by putting a weatherstrip to hide the gap. It didn’t work. Rain came inside of my place and the AC would run more than it should have Bc of the gap. Honestly, that wasn’t even the worst thing wrong. The door was the least of my problems. So imagine what kind of condition it was in that a gap in the front door wasn’t a factor. Not to mention most of the people that work in the office are truly horrific. The new manager refuses to reach back out and her and team refuse to answer emails. I’m not sure what they could be so busy doing when they don’t answer the phone, don’t answer emails and aren’t helping tenants with their apartments. It was the worst worst year of my life. Don’t don’t live here. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

      Be warned! Crimes in there area!! Many!!

      Don't come and live here. If u could give 0 stars. When you come, everything is wonderful, the apartments are very good, everything is renovated, but after a few months the problems appear and there is NO TEAM WORK to give you any support. My bikes were stolen from inside my patio and the answer I got was that the administrator was not responsible for crimes in the area. Ok, great to know ..... And then? Mine were not the first, I know of several cases in the condominium. Here there are no cameras, gate, security ... The answer I got was that I should provide cameras if I wanted to ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT COME TO LIVE HERE!

      Not Luxury, Excellent location, but bad administrators

      An excellent location, but with bad administrators, the refurbished apartments are very good, but have finishing flaws. The office decided to remove food eliminators from the kitchen sink when it has problems, to save, a real nonsense in the middle of 2020. The cleaning of the condominium is not so good, the common areas can not good security and always homeless in the pool . Feet of corridors to the apartments are dirty and have all the paint peeling, giving bad impression to the condominium. simple gardening, sdm flowers or technical lighting. Many apartments are divided by diverse families, especially those of 3 bedrooms, this results in a low standard of residents. The electronic key has software problems and residents are required to purchase additional keys at exorbitant costs. In short you need good administrators, several owners of the condominium have already passed and none became competent, regrettable because it has so much potential.

      Everything I Need in a Place to Call Home :)

      Living in the heart of West Boca never felt better at Boca Entrada/Emerald Bay Club! This building is pet friendly and even provides a dog park for our little hairy four legged family members. Come relax at one of the two Resort-style swimming pools, where you can lay back and lounge under the sun and let your problems disappear. Come work out at the athletic center or if you like tennis, there's also two lakeside tennis courts available for whenever you please. Do you enjoy throwing parties or hosting events with friends and family? It is a MUST to throw all your get together's at the elegant club room provided to all the residents with a Java Bar, or at the BEST picnic area near the pools where you can BBQ and enjoy the view of the serene lakes and the tropical landscaping. It's like an never ending Caribbean vacation right in your backyard. There are near by supermarkets, local bakery's, restaurants, and you'll be about 15 minutes from the Boca Raton Town Center Mall. What else can you ask for!? It's everything I need for a place I call home and I'm sure you will agree! :)

      Family friendly

      I've lived here for a little over a year, and it is a very family-centered apartment complex. there are pools available for the kids and a swing set as well as playground (though both of those things need some serious maintenance because the area where the swing set is has a very bad fire ant problem and at least one of the slides on the playground is broken). A lot of families live here, and there isnt much, if any, crime in this area. The buildings themselves are clean and relatively uniform in appearance. The rent is a little high, but that is honestly par the course for boca raton (golfing pun, there are many golf courses in this area). Overall, im glad I live here and my son likes it as well.

      Love My Apartment!!

      I really enjoy living here, as there are many stores and shops that are accessible, either by driving or walking. The maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful with maintenance issues. Everything on the premises are well-maintained. There are 2 large pools, a clubhouse, and a small gym area with brand new treadmills, and other gym equipment. I've lived here 4 years now, and I'm so glad I got lucky enough to land a great apartment in such a wonderful community!!
