Our recent conversion of the building to brand-new apartment homes has managed to maintain the beautiful character of this incredible building, including its 13-foot ceilings, brick walls, and prime location just steps from the Cary Metra train station and vibrant downtown. While the quaint masonry exterior may still be reminiscent of the building's academic days, the inside has been completely gut rehabbed into brand-new luxury apartments. Inside these apartments you'll find quartz countertops, shaker cabinets, modern light fixtures by Blackjack, full kitchens with dishwashers, washers and dryers, and all the other creature comforts that accompany upscale apartment living. In addition, each apartment includes its own detached garage space! The reality is that each of these apartments is different from the one next to it, so the only real way to get a good idea of what these apartments are like is to stop by and walk through each one.  This year, our availability includes:  - One 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment for $2,200/month available immediately - Four 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments for $2,500/month available immediately  There are only ten of these gorgeous apartments in total, so they won't be available for long. Leases will be 12 months in length. First month's rent and the security deposit, which is equal to one month's rent, will be collected upon lease signing. Tenants will pay for their electric, gas, and internet bills. Water, sewer, and garbage are included. This building is fully electric. Parking is included at no additional charge. Pets are allowed; while there is no pet deposit, there is an additional monthly pet rent of $50/month for each cat and $100/month for each dog. Each apartment has in-unit washer and dryer and an included garage space. Showings are available Monday through Saturday. Please call to set up an appointment.
