      moved into this apartment on July 5 and was immediately met with a strong, persistent mold-like odor. I reported it right away, but the response has been completely inadequate. Instead of addressing the root cause, I was told to open a window or use a fan — which, let’s be honest, is not a solution to a potential mold issue. What’s worse is that I had to relocate my cats to another home because I didn’t feel it was safe for them, and now they’re stressed and scared. I’m returning from being out of town and don’t even feel comfortable living or sleeping in my own apartment. I understand that scheduling with vendors can be tricky, but this has dragged on with no real urgency, no resolution, and no compensation for the inconvenience and stress it’s caused. As a tenant, I expect my living space to be safe and habitable — this experience has been the opposite. Very disappointing.

      Initially we enjoyed living here, but over time we’ve noticed several maintenance issues that could use more attention. The property is beginning to feel a bit rundown, and some common areas—particularly the hallways—could benefit from a refresh. The carpeting seems quite worn and tends to retain odors, which affects the overall feel of the space. The rooftop was one of the highlights of the building, and it’s unfortunate that it’s been closed for nearly three months following a fire. Especially during the summer, it would be great to see this prioritized for repair and reopening. Additionally, the grills rarely seem to function properly, likely due to heavy use. More frequent cleaning and maintenance would really improve the experience for residents.

      We’ve been living here for a little while now, and overall it’s a great place for families. The community is peaceful and clean, with birds singing throughout the day — it creates a really relaxing atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and there are plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants, and stores, which is a big plus. The property also offers great amenities like a pool, gym, and clubhouse, which make it easy to enjoy time outdoors or stay active without leaving home. That said, we did face a few issues when moving in. The apartment had several technical problems that hadn’t been fixed beforehand, which made it clear that the unit hadn’t been properly inspected before we arrived. Some maintenance requests were handled quickly, but others were marked as completed without being fully resolved — for example, we’re still dealing with a slow sink drain and toilet flushing issues. The cabinet doors under the sink have also come off multiple times and likely need new or repositioned hinges. I’d also recommend better attention to pool hygiene — there are still patches of algae and dirt left over from winter, and the cushions on the lounge chairs could use regular cleaning. It would be great to see a small play area or sports zone for kids, like a basketball hoop or a small pickleball court, so they have a space to let out their energy. Despite these minor drawbacks, this is a truly lovely place to live. With a bit more attention to detail before move-in and in maintaining common areas, it could be perfect.

      Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Good spaces for living, and lots of things to do within and outside of the apartment. I will say if you live next to an exit door it will be a bit loud but you get used to it. Overall very nice

      Really enjoy living here overall! Standouts are the wonderful maintenance team (5 stars for real), the beautiful area and grounds, and the quality of our apartment. However, the rent continues to increase even though there are more restrictions on some amenities now, we lost the security gates, among a couple of other factors. I understand rent will always go up year to year, but I think there should be some scaling efforts made. One small suggestion is that the espresso/coffee machine should be accessible beyond just leasing office hours. If it was in the clubhouse, for example, residents would have better access to it.

      We have lived here for 5 years and it has truly been the best experience. From the really beautifully built homes, to the amazing salt water pool, the fresh herb garden, and the convenient walk all around Waverly. We have enjoyed everything! The maintenance are always on top of things and we appreciate them for that. Not that there really was every anything major going on, but we appreciate them and all they do!       It's losing its luster in the community. A bit more noisy and the removal of the gates is a negative action. Also, the price is extremely high compared to the amenities.

      Although I'm much older than most of those here I find the other tenants and staff to be friendly and cheerful. I love all the activities and how well the pool and grounds are kept. So far I've never seen the pool or game room crowded when my grandchildren visit. It's a great vibe here altogether.

      We just moved in two days ago. We love our apartment, but we hate the valet garbage system. The trash smells up the entire floor. Horrible and embarrassing when visitors come in.

      Love the Sawyer! I live on the top floor and its super quiet! Grounds are kept nice and awesome events at the clubhouse. Only downside is the size of the washer and dryer are small in some apartments.

      The Sawyer Providence Farm is truly a conmunity in which a.number of amenities are provided & a “neighborhood” environment is promoted.       The apartment complex is very unique. In a very nice central area and community. I think it’s the most interesting apartment complex l have visited. It is a safe and secured place to live.

      I'm loving living at The Sawyer! It feels more like a neighborhood community, than an apartment community, but still get all of the apartment living perks...salt water pool, clubroom, sky deck, gas fire pits, and more. It's also conveniently located, with tons of restaurants, shops, grocery, etc., all within a 2-5 minute walk from my front door. Staff and residents are all so friendly and welcoming.

      The community is in a great location but there is a lot of issue with people following the smoking rules. And then general maintenance of common areas like stairwells and hallways, ie lights not changed and exit signs just hanging from the wiring.
