Been living here for almost a year & had two upstairs neighbors. You can hear people walking above you and other noises. Neighborhood is very nice otherwise but floors aren’t good quality

We have lived here for 5 years and it has truly been the best experience. From the really beautifully built homes, to the amazing salt water pool, the fresh herb garden, and the convenient walk all around Waverly. We have enjoyed everything! The maintenance are always on top of things and we appreciate them for that. Not that there really was every anything major going on, but we appreciate them and all they do! Would totally recommend this complex to anyone looking in the area!

It's losing its luster in the community. A bit more noisy and the removal of the gates is a negative action. Also, the price is extremely high compared to the amenities.

Although I'm much older than most of those here I find the other tenants and staff to be friendly and cheerful. I love all the activities and how well the pool and grounds are kept. So far I've never seen the pool or game room crowded when my grandchildren visit. It's a great vibe here altogether.

We just moved in two days ago. We love our apartment, but we hate the valet garbage system. The trash smells up the entire floor. Horrible and embarrassing when visitors come in.

Love the Sawyer! I live on the top floor and its super quiet! Grounds are kept nice and awesome events at the clubhouse. Only downside is the size of the washer and dryer are small in some apartments.

The Sawyer Providence Farm is truly a conmunity in which a.number of amenities are provided & a “neighborhood” environment is promoted. Monthly events are the norm as well as meet & greet opportunities for the residents. I love the fact that animals are welcomed too. It’s a great place to live indeed!

The apartment complex is very unique. In a very nice central area and community. I think it’s the most interesting apartment complex l have visited. It is a safe and secured place to live.

I'm loving living at The Sawyer! It feels more like a neighborhood community, than an apartment community, but still get all of the apartment living perks...salt water pool, clubroom, sky deck, gas fire pits, and more. It's also conveniently located, with tons of restaurants, shops, grocery, etc., all within a 2-5 minute walk from my front door. Staff and residents are all so friendly and welcoming.

The community is in a great location but there is a lot of issue with people following the smoking rules. And then general maintenance of common areas like stairwells and hallways, ie lights not changed and exit signs just hanging from the wiring.

The neighborhood is wonderful, everyone is very friendly and warm. Dog park is an excellent perk. We love the pool area in the summer time, it feels like you are at a resort. Staff are always very helpful.

I love living here. So many great places around us to go. Plenty of food and grocery store. All these amenities are within walking distance. So many great activities are planned monthly. The staff is amazing and always here to help (Stacey, Caroline, and Daryl).

Love the community and the staff!! Great apartment with clean amenities! Would recommend Sawyer to anyone moving to CLT! Have had a few issues with the unit but maintenance has been quick and super helpful.

Great Community, quiet and modern and secure with gated community that keeps out unnecessary traffic. Love the layout especially the kitchen and the gas stovetops and amenity grills.

Even though coffee and wine are amenities that they offer, they are only available when staff is present. I was willing to pay more or offer a deposit to be able to have access to coffee at say 8am. Community is non smoking but there are a lot of people that still smoke and vape so much so that it comes through the vents. There is an issue with the fire alarm system. Staff is good but Stacey is the best. Events are ok. Communication can be improved. If you live in building 1, you will hear all the cars at QT at night and hear all of their lovely engines. Gates are finally working. Butterfly system can be a hit or miss. I felt safe taking a walk by myself in the area. Maintenence guys are quick and super nice. Staff needs a little bit of help following through, but overall good. Can't say anything about the manager because I never met him/her. Never bothered to come out of the office to say hi. Again Stacey is the best. The fruit, veggie, and herb garden was a nice addition.

The Sawyer is simply the best place to live in South Charlotte. It is in pristine distance from some of the best stores, with Whole Foods being only a five minute walk away! It is so easy to connect with the community with home many community events are held each month. The staff is so friendly and quick to help. Th apartment itself has been the best living experience I've had, as each utility gives a sense of luxury. Could not recommend this place enough!
