The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Sawyer at One Bellevue Place
We moved here in 2022, and just moved out 2025. Due to financial hardship we had to break our lease, and we were charged $3850 to move out. Then charged over 1k with deodorizing, painting, damage fees that already existed in the unit when we moved in. They recently were bought by PAC a new property management company, cleaned house, and everyone that works for the company is just as greedy and unprofessional as the new owners. I can’t stress enough. DONT LIVE HERE. Our first 2.5 years were great until we had to deal with new property management. They charge for everything including $75 a day if you have “unauthorized” items on your porch.

I moved in two weeks ago and I am horribly disappointed. Beware of the many recent five star reviews. They are from people who looked at apartments and do not live here. 1. The apartment was never cleaned. The apartment manager attempted to send a cleaning lady who said she only had an hour to clean the apartment which did not allow her enough time to completely clean the apartment. 2. Maintenance is not qualified. You have to stay on top of them to get them to complete tasks. There were only 2 of them for 400 apartments. 3. Cockroaches! I do not need to say anything else. I’m assuming the cockroaches are from the food lying under the appliances and a lack of cleanliness. There were several gaps around the flooring, which could have led to the issues. 4. When Maintenance came into fill my floorboards, they left sealer all over the floor and gobs of sealer was coming out of the floorboard because they placed too much. In my experience with owning homes and renting apartments maintenance man should know how to seal and caulk a floorboard. 5. Every encounter with maintenance has left a mess or damaged something. There were black fingerprints on my new white rug and the walls. The maintenance team does not have what they need. 6. The trash service, for which I pay a monthly fee, doesn’t pick up the trash when it is scheduled. They did not pick up the garbage two days in a row last week. Could this be contributing to the cockroaches? 7. The package/mail room is not secure because the door is broken. You have to go to the unlocked mailroom and look through unorganized packages to find your package. 8. The pool was shut down by the state! There is mold growing in the umbrellas. The grills by the pool are broken. 9. The property manager is defective when you speak to her or email her issues about the property. 10. The gates coming in and out of the property are broken.

I have lived at The Sawyer for about a year and a half. I briefly didn’t have a vehicle due to an accident. Luckily, I was within walking distance of Publix, Wells Fargo and a verity of food places. An uber ride from here to down town was about 15 minutes. Very convenient, and I’m so happy I chose The Sawyer!

The past three years, I have lived at The Sawyer and loved every minute of it. They are helpful and efficient when I have issues. They are informative when things are happening throughout the community or questions arise. They are kind. The amenities are great and you’re right next to the One Bellevue Place plaza. I highly recommend The Sawyer if you are looking for the Nashville address without the traffic/downtown noise.

Only employees give 5 star reviews. This place is an armpit and they have no qualified “fix it” people. The guy next to me started his motorcycle in his house and anytime you complain nothing is done. Landscape is excellent where you drive in......trash stacks up in the common areas. Stinks. I have lived here two years.
We have been here for a few months. We absolutely love it. Everything is top notch: keyless entry, gated community, amazing pool area, nest thermostats, etc. the apartments are super nice and spacious. My only complaint is that parking is terrible— sometimes I have to park a couple buildings down just to come home from work. You don’t hear much from your next door neighbors. The walls are thick enough the only thing I have heard from my wall neighbor is an occasional cabinet slamming. I do hear my upstairs neighbor quite often, but I’m pretty sure they have kids who run around a lot of the time. The Sawyer is an amazing apartment complex and I love the convenience of it. You are right here with Publix, Sprouts, AMC, Burlington, ulta, etc. Definitely recommend,
