Property Ratings at The Sarah by ARIUM
I recently moved in to find that they had not painted my apartment and i had stains and scuffs all over my walls. All they did was put spots of paint everywhere and of course it is a disaster because I have splotchy walls in my brand new apartment. ISNT MANAGEMENT SUPPOSED TO WALK APARTMENTS BEFORE RESIDENTS MOVE IN?? the pipes under my kitchen sink keep falling off! the maintenance supervisor told me it was normal?! My dishwasher did not even work! I had standing water in my dishwasher! I went into the office and they told me to go home and download the app and do it online because they dont accept work orders! Then I had them take my unloaded fully packed move in box that i had not moved completely inside yet, full of personal possessions and the maintenance is keeping them and all my personal items and claiming I must have not wanted it - even though it was clearly on my front porch...they went out of their way to take it and management is LYING TO COVER IT UP!
A wonderful place to stay,beautiful apartments,beuatiful view, peaceful and great management.
I had 2 issues arise that needed to be fixed. The Sarah employees saw to it in a timely manner.
Management is friendly, on top of things and always available, I chose this property over another that was close by that had fancier options. But the management was not easy to work with. Staff is very important to me and pricing, I was willing to give up the few extras for that great management team at my new home. I am very happy to be here and look forward to a long stay!

My experience as a resident here at The Sarah has been great! The community always looks clean and well manicured. There are all ages living here and everyone seems friendly and helpful. The staff here are very caring too. I also like that the community is not too large. The entrance to the apartments are exclusively your entrance. You don't have to walk down a hall to get to your apartment. The apartment community doesn't look like apartments at all.
The staff at The Sarah are courteous and professional. I had a small issue with my door and the response time was almost immediate.

I love living at the Sarah! Such amazing customer service from the office, they are extremely helpful and pateint. Very modern updated apartments which I LOVE! Very serene and peaceful community that I am proud to call home!
So far the community has been very welcoming. From the time I walked in to lease and throughout the move-in process. The office staff has been very communicative and informative. They have kept me in the loop as to the next steps throughout the process. I would recommend this community, it is far enough from the city but yet close to most things.

Living at The Sarah has been an overall improvement in community living comparatively speaking, I have lived in some really nice properties. So far it appears management is staying on top of enforcing rules to keep the property clean, quiet and a peaceful place to live. I can only hope for continued quiet and peaceful living inasmuch as community living can be.

From the moment I walked into the community room and offices of The Sarah I was overwhelmed by the beauty of it. My initial tour was done by Alex whom answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the property. Once I walked into the model I was hooked! I did not look anywhere else. I am now living in my place and it is comfortable, convenient, and gorgeous.
