Love living here. Management is great and the community are all top notch individuals. Toya is always so understanding. Rent is affordable and the apartments are well maintained. After two years I can say I’m very pleased.
I had an apartment tour and I was very impressed! My tour guide Toya made the experience a great one! She is very personable and patient with my many questions! The community was beautiful. I put my application in today. Thank you Toya.
This apartment complex is not what it seems. The apartments are poorly managed and "renovated" is laughable. Pests are poorly controlled and there are roaches everywhere. Gunshots daily and can be seen out in the open! Mold in the apartments due to poor maintenance of buildings. Terrible response to requests if any at all. Paying for amenities that do not exist. Hasn't had a working pool in 6 years and no fitness facility either. Wish I had not signed a long lease lease here!
I absolutely enjoyed my visit to The Sapphire Apartments. Toya was an awesome tour guide! She was very kind & knowledgeable of all the ins/outs of this community. I was able to view amenities & floor plans within my preferences & budget. I cant wait to lease an apt at this location!!! Thanks again! Yes I will be referring more people here. Toya was phenomenal.
lived here three years . A/C leaked in my bedroom. Ceilings fell out twice. Mold everywhere. Roaches everywhere. Rats running rampant. Do not do it

I’ve been living here for a little over a year and it’s been terrible since day 1. Low quality units, SLOW maintenance, bugs, rodents. No security. Gunshots and people loitering the neighborhood. Not a safe environment. Do not waste your time here.

Not good apartment for the price and also people are just looking and walking around all day
Maintenance sucks and the office doesn’t commit to do there job they are very negligent! I have black mold, water leaks from ceiling, and you pay for pest control but they are nowhere to be found. Not to mention the gunshots in that area, it’s all around just isn’t safe.
I am finally leaving this apartment complex because I am moving out of state but I will definitely miss this place. Everyone in the office gave me good service and were always accessible. Things rarely went wrong in my 2 bedroom apartment but if something needed fixing they were right on it! I will miss the friends I met while living here and would recommend this complex to friends, family and strangers alike.
Roach infested, poor up keep of apartments, not newly renovated, only a few amenities are new. I.e. refrigerator, dishwasher, stove but they use cheap contractors for quick half hazard turn overs to get people in quickly. Maintenance never fixes anything on time months go by. They are dishonest about move in and quality of the apartments, the children are wild and rambunctious their are fights and loud people out all times of the night security is only there for show. It’s quite only while the office is open.
I really like these apartments and how clean they are. The floors beautiful and the appliances new stainless steel. The manager & the assisting manager & the maintenance crew are very nice people. If anyone are searching for an apartment you should look at these.
These apartment are great & the faculties that’s running the complex are very nice. The apartments are clean & the floors are miraculously, & shining. If anyone ask where to find apartment I will definitely tell the Hertiage Reserve in Decatur Ga.
I have been living here for 5 years and this is the first time that the staff has addressed my needs as a tenant. The manager is so professional and I really enjoy the energy that they have. I was not going to renew my lease but I think I will continue living here.
Not my cup of tea for apartment choices roaches,spiders,unruly children fights and arugements almost everyday and police are always out there but not for correct reason.
