The area around our unit need to be better maintained. The breezeway, railings, and doors needs to be cleaned and painted. Exterior lights need to be repared. Trash pickup needs to be more consistant. Need to add more lighting at the dumpster area. The area doesn't feel safe at night.

Bad, I've been living here for more than 3 years, and now it's time to run away. From bad to worse, poor maintenance, dirty property grounds, people don't respect community policies and make their own rules, and management doesn't care at all. Weed smells everywhere, cars breaking in, just to name a few. Ballantyne area standards are dropping very fast. No one listens to complaints or does something to fix the problems.

The leasing staff is great! Abby has been very helpful and Shydai is a great addition to the team. She has been so kind and helpful during my rocky move in process. I would give a 5 if my apartment had been completely move in ready, but there were some cleanliness misses and cosmetic issues that were not addressed prior to my move in causing my move in to be delayed.

Been living here for the last 4 years and I have to say it's been lovely. The maintenance team is always on top of things, the handle request fast and efficient. The amount of care for this establishment definitely shows.and its wonderful knowing that everyone is friendly, it's a beautiful community and i love being part of it.

I really like the complex. There are a few things I wish could be improved on but not make or break. The clubhouse being open 24 hours would be nice so people could use the pool tables after work, residents events being a little bit later would also be nice since I don’t get home from work until 6:30 so they have ended right when I get home. I do wish our current apartment was a bit more updated. There are a few foundational things I think could be fixed but overall the staff and maintenance team are excellent

Poor housekeeping of the community building and grounds ! Good size apartments ! Maintenance requests very good service and response ! Poor customer service from management office. Minimal or not responses to e-mails . Lack of communication.

Parking can be difficult sometimes, have had to park multiple buildings away. And I have not seen either vehicle gates closed in a significant amount of time now. Other than that all is good. Maintenance very responsive and helpful. Have not had a chance to use the amenities yet.

They are trying to make improvements but the biggest improvement that needs to be made is to the internet. The property still has the old internet where you need to have a modem and a router to hook the internet up. The speed sucks and buffers alot. Upgrade Upgrade Upgrade!!!!!!

I like the community! I love the pool, pickle ball court, volleyball, a playground, dog park, and fitness center! I would like the clubhouse much more if it was available to residents after hours. There should be some way for people to sign in to play pool and use the clubhouse with guests. I like the fire pit, but I do not know if it is working. I really like the grill/picnic area, but the grills need to be cleaned. The big lights are not working and should be on at night for people to walk their dogs. Plus, branches on trees need to be cut because they are about laying on top of cars. Plus, there are water bottles and trash that are on the ground and do not get picked up. So, it could be better maintained. Overall, I do like the apartment complex! My main concern is the big lamp lights need to be working and be on at night. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I love living here! We love the new upgrades to our patio with the new fence it looks amazing. Maintenance is always pretty quick to answer requests which is a huge plus.
