Nice area, the amenities are quality we enjoyed the playground they finally installed that was exciting and well used by my family. The pool was nice as well. Always an event happening with the community there.

Been living here for the last 4 years and I have to say it's been lovely. The maintenance team is always on top of things, the handle request fast and efficient. I really like the complex. There are a few things I wish could be improved on but not make or break. The clubhouse being open 24 hours would be nice so people could use the pool tables after work, residents events being a little bit later would also be nice since I don’t get home from work until 6:30 so they have ended right when I get home. I do wish our current apartment was a bit more updated. There are a few foundational things I think could be fixed but overall the staff and maintenance team are excellent

Parking can be difficult sometimes, have had to park multiple buildings away. And I have not seen either vehicle gates closed in a significant amount of time now. Other than that all is good. Maintenance very responsive and helpful. Have not had a chance to use the amenities yet.

They are trying to make improvements but the biggest improvement that needs to be made is to the internet. The property still has the old internet where you need to have a modem and a router to hook the internet up. The speed sucks and buffers alot. Upgrade Upgrade Upgrade!!!!!!

I like the community! I love the pool, pickle ball court, volleyball, a playground, dog park, and fitness center! I would like the clubhouse much more if it was available to residents after hours. There should be some way for people to sign in to play pool and use the clubhouse with guests. I like the fire pit, but I do not know if it is working. I really like the grill/picnic area, but the grills need to be cleaned. The big lights are not working and should be on at night for people to walk their dogs. Plus, branches on trees need to be cut because they are about laying on top of cars. Plus, there are water bottles and trash that are on the ground and do not get picked up. So, it could be better maintained. Overall, I do like the apartment complex! My main concern is the big lamp lights need to be working and be on at night. Thank you!

I like the way how the administration helps. However, the trash pick up is always a huge problem. They usually forget to come. And the next day is all trash on the floor because of animals. We have mentioned several times about this issue.

My parents who are seniors were relocating from NYC. We had interest in a specie apartment but, she sent us a video to help my parents make a final decision on relocating to Charlotte. She walked us through the application process step by step and kept us abreast of any open items. She is friendly and always available to answer questions. She ensured that workers can by to fix the minor repair in the apartment. I love Yasmeen and she is amazing.

Great place to live! Nice neighborhood and people, conveniently located to shops and restaurants. 485 is easily accessible. Quiet area with paks and hiking trails nearby.

Apartment located in very good neighborhood in Ballantyne area, schools are good, hotels and restaurants are good. Apartment has swimming pool and well equipped gym with good maintenance.
