I’ve been living at The Sage for some time, and while the location and initial presentation were promising, the ongoing issues with deferred maintenance and management have been disappointing. One of the most significant areas of concern is the condition of the common areas, which have noticeably deteriorated over time. Common Area Neglect The common areas, which were once a selling point for the building, are now showing clear signs of neglect. The hallways often appear dirty and unkempt, with stains on the carpets and walls that haven’t been cleaned or maintained in months. The lighting fixtures are outdated or flickering, making the areas feel less welcoming and even a bit unsafe at night. In the lobby and shared lounges, it’s evident that management has not kept up with routine cleaning or maintenance. The furniture is visibly worn, with some pieces appearing broken or stained. The once vibrant and cozy space now feels tired and neglected. It’s not uncommon to see maintenance tools or leftover equipment left unattended, giving a cluttered and unprofessional impression.

I had an extremely disappointing experience when inquiring about renting a unit. The representative I spoke with, Isaiah, was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of being helpful and informative, he was dismissive and unresponsive to my questions. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by calling. If this is how potential tenants are treated, I can only imagine how the actual rental experience would be. I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more professional and respectful leasing process.
