There’s always plenty to do around the Ryan and the Amenities especially The Pool are top ?? notch. It is clean and truly a luxury apartment complex. The Coffee Machine in the Lobby makes every day awesome too.

We love living here! Sadly, the rent is going up & we would rather save money, than spend an unnecessary amount for a one bedroom. They have many community events, amenities are always clean. I will say, some elevators have pee in them and the dog park does smell when it’s extra hot out. Other than that, our apartment is absolutely beautiful & the view from the pool is amazing!

Living in The Ryan has been amazing. Great vibes, great location, and our apartment is beautiful! The traffic is not as bad as people make it out to be, even with games and concerts on the same nights it doesn’t take me any longer than 10 min to get through town to the parking garage.

When touring recently the apartment building looked very clean besides the hot tub. The leasing agent who was touring noticed as well and immediately took pictures to sent to maintenance. There was no trash and everything looked nice! I fell in love with the views and how close the apartment is to everything. The area looked safe and lively to be around. Lots of young professionals which was exactly what I was looking for.

Move in was great! Only removed one star because parking on the other hand was not. I was given TWO spots that had already belonged to other people. It was an absolute hassle and I was told it’s because things drop off when leases are renewed and those people probably haven’t been PAYING FOR THOSE SPOTS. Seemed a little unprofessional and disorganized.

For the most part, I love living at The Ryan. My family (including fur children) enjoy the friends we have made, the walkability and restaurants, and the amenities. The only two items that stick out are that the hallways on floors past floor 5 are never vacuumed or cleaned by housekeeping even though they are onsite cleaning every day, and people not picking up after their dogs at the park.

We've been here about three and a half months, and love it. The staff is exceptional, the neighbor noise is minimal, and the neighbors we have met are nice and fun to have a drink with in the lobby! Our dogs enjoy the treats in the lobby, and the other dogs we have met are friendly. The 5th floor, with the pool, bbq, dog patio, workout area, and relaxing area are our favorites, but the discounts at local restaurants don't hurt ;-)

Staff is friendly. Things can be broken/not working for a long period of time. Love the dog park, but the dog wash can get pretty gross at times due to poor drainage.

Overall, a good place to live. One downside is that guests have to pay for overnight parking, which feels unnecessary, especially since the fee doesn’t benefit residents. It makes it seem like people are being charged just to visit. On the positive side, the front office team is phenomenal! They’re all super helpful and friendly.

I’ve lived here for about a year now and am about to renew my lease. I’ve loved living downtown - having so many great bars and restaurants walkable (and a grocery store just an elevator ride away!) has been so great. The community also plans fun events about every month - we’ve had private dinners at local restaurants, wine and paint events, casino night, pumpkin painting, and more!

My move-in and stay over the last few days has been great for the most part! The only item that I do not love is that some residents don't clean up after their dogs... It's a bummer - I spend time picking up after other dogs each time I take my dog to the park. Outside of this, everything has been great - people are super friendly! PROS: An exceptional experience awaits, with the perfect location, vibrant community, top-notch communication channels, and excellent infrastructure. CONS: The not-so-positive issue is that some pet parents don't care for their pets' needs or, even worse, dont clean them. I love to live in a pet-friendly environment - but these issues made a HUGE difference, specially during the extreme heat.

I really enjoy living at The Ryan. The new staff (Alec and Zach), resident events, and the building community have been the highlight of my experience here. The Ryan is in the heart of Phoenix, right across from the footprint arena, and two blocks from Chase fields. I can walk to work at City Hall. The location and the apartment are awesome! Can’t find a better location in the heart of Phoenix at a reasonable price.

I love it here, truly. I’ve loved here about 3 weeks now and I’m finally using all the perks like the pool, gym, etc. I’m a night owl so I really get to use them when everyone else is away. I love my apartment, my parking spot and the neighbors so far. I love the night life around the city too. Everyone is so inviting and helpful here. Only thing i don’t like is littering on the elevators & I just wish they would come repaint my door :) ha ha It’s literally great here.
