The staff is so friendly, responsive and thoughtful! The building is brand new, super clean, and has a wonderful, luxe feel. There are a few small kinks that they are still working out, but I’m especially looking forward to winter here - with the coworking space, gym, proximity to Olde Town and the train, this is going to make my life so much easier than it was in Cap Hill.

When looking for my next home, The Russell became a top contender when I realized it satisfied the non-negotiable’s I wanted: - Transportation ease & access to major thoroughfares: I70 (E/W) and Wadsworth (N/S) - Proximity to retail services: Costco, restaurants, grocery stores, Old Towne Arvada, movie theater, etc. - New build from well-established developer - Amenities: Pool/Spa, Fitness Center, Lounges, Business Center, Sky Deck, Grill stations, Fire pits, Pool table, Substantial dog relief area - Value in terms of price of unit and the combination of space, layout ergonomics, and in-unit features - Color scheme variants - Initial first-impression of the presentation of the community was quite warm, inviting, and encouraging - From the initial tour, the property management team has continued to impress upon me the level of intentional care and sincerity in managing a large multifamily community such as this at a high level, which is refreshing, having experienced quite the opposite in the past - Overall, The Russell seems to be the premiere flagship in multifamily developments in the Arvada area and a great place to call home!

I love everything about this place. The apartment is brand new. The appliances are so new that I’ve had to google instructions! So far, most of the neighbors are warm and friendly, but respectful of each other’s privacy and space. My dog LOVES our walks through Olde Town, and the staff in the leasing office. It is a bit like a village that I know will make Colorado winters easier.

The building so far has met all my needs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location, close to multiple shops, coffee, restaurants, bars, the major freeways and the greater Denver area.
