From the tour, to move-in, to settling into the apartment, and even the maintenance team, the staff at The Russell have been professional, courteous, and incredibly friendly. The building so far has met all my needs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location, close to multiple shops, coffee, restaurants, bars, the major freeways and the greater Denver area. Old Town Arvada is within walking distance too!

We didn't see The Russell in person before we applied and moved-in, so we were a little skeptical, however, we have loved our experience so far. The location is amazing and very convenient, the building is beautiful, and the staff is very kind. They go above and beyond for their residents and we would highly recommend living here!
I can't wait to move into this new complex in 2025! Ayanna has been amazing—she’s answered all my questions and even gave me a “hard hat” tour of the property. She’s been attentive, communicative, and has such a kind heart. It’s reassuring to know I’ll be well taken care of when I move in. You definitely need to check this place out!
