Property Ratings at Row Waterside
First and foremost, I love the location. It is right within the Waterside village. The apartment complex itself is just like any other. What I do not like: Parking is a HUGE problem for those that live closer to the businesses. Dumpsters are dragged out and left in the parking lot for weekly pickup. HERE IS THE BIGGEST ISSUE: There is absolutely no accountability for residents (dogs, noise, etc). If you want to get an honest opinion of the Row, stop someone walking out to their car and ask. I did, and I wish I would have listened. I've been speaking with management since June and here we are. Like I said, ask someone who lives here. Happy to share photos and videos from my experience if it helps others make the best decision possible.

This apartment was great when we first signed. The new office staff came in and everything suddenly went down hill. You cannot get a hold of the office staff when you call to address concerns. The apartments are built so poorly for noise and neighbors slam doors stomp. I can't even come home and unwind because neighbors are so loud. The mail room door hasn't worked for months making it inconvenient to get mail. The grills are never in working order and oftentimes need to wait in line to use the one in operation. The elevators are never properly cleaned on a regular basis the same gob of sticky gunk has been on the floor for weeks. There is a bunch of glass shards by the dumpsters from what I can assume is liquor bottles being loosely thrown down the garbage chute. We have now been smelling more Marijuana on the premises than ever and excessive noise in the parking lot. The property amenities are in disarray. Very embarrassing to invite family and friends down here to such a unkempt and noisy property. Used to be nice with the previous manager and staff. You guys can do better.

First of all let me start off by saying how much we love Tanya in the leasing office. To say she is one of the best Property Managers is an understatement. We moved here from out of Town and my mother in law is the one who lives here now. She was starting a new job and we rushed down to get her into her new apartment somewhere else. Something happened there that we had to evacuate the old complex immediately. My mother in law was at work starting her new job and was in orientation when this all happened. I called every apartment around no one could help us get in. I took my chances and decided to stop in at the The Row. Immediately as we walked in we were greeted by Tanya. I explained to her our situation and that my mother in law was at work and I needed to find her a place asap. I was like she would love a water view but at this point anything is good we need to get her a place to live. Tanya said we aren’t getting her anything less than what she deserves and wants. She had maintenance checking any available apartments making sure they were up to par and ready for immediate move in. She got us right in she made the experience so comfortable and my mother in law absolutely loves it! The staff is amazing, maintenance is on point , the apartments are bright and inviting and you are literally in the center of waterside place! We love walking over to the farmers market every Sunday. I can’t wait until my current lease is up so we can get in here ASAP! Thank you Tanya for everything you have done for us you turned a horrible situation into the best situation - Denise Jen and Jake
WARNING!!! CHOOSE ANOTHER PROPERTY TO LIVE AT IN WATERSIDE: I have lived in two separate rentals at The Row (a townhouse and an apartment). Both times I had to move because of a maintenance issue. The first was due to a malfunctioning a/c unit for which I was advised to simply HANG DRAPES to block out the sun. The second maintenance issue was due to a “mildew” problem in/around my bathroom wall. I was instructed to vacate my apartment as soon as possible and had to find another living arrangement. Management was not forthcoming with the extent of the problem AND they did not reimburse me for the $2,400+ moving costs I incurred. In fact Tanya, the property manager, suggested I submit it to MY insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend you STEER CLEAR OF THE ROW because of its management team. They are very difficult to work with when you have a maintenance issue and they will not take responsibility for the damages you may incur. NOTE: READ other reviews for this property, there seems to be a consistent experience with management and management’s response is almost identical to all the negative reviews. Again, confirming their lack of awareness and/or concern to fix the problem.
