Irvine Business Complex, or IBC, combines several residential, mixed use, and commercial zones for the ultimate live-work-play neighborhood. IBC begins on the west side of Downtown Irvine and extends to the Costa Mesa Freeway. The John Wayne Airport is located on the southwest side of the neighborhood. This newer neighborhood features modern architecture, palm trees, and wide sidewalks that lead past office buildings filled with high-tech companies, luxury hotels, and high-end restaurants.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Row at Red Hill so far. The apartment feels modern and comfortable, and the amenities are a huge plus. I love having the vibrant rooftop pool and gorgeous gym. The location is also super convenient with shops and freeways close by. It’s a clean, well-kept community that feels great to come home to.

My experience with the Row has been amazing! I would like to recognize Romy from the leasing department for going above and beyond. I moved in recently and they've been very communicative with the entire process. Even after I moved in, the whole team is great and makes sure everything is taken care of. The place itself is very modern and has great amenities. Especially the fitness center! It's worth scheduling a tour to see it all in person. The row feels safe since it has strict access. So far, it's been a great experience living here.

I love all things at The Row! I’m coming from what was a top-tier Irvine Company complex. Irvine lacked so much compared to The Row. I now have usable amenities including an outstanding gym, weekly food trucks, great areas to work or hangout, high quality finishes, and the list goes on!
