Property Ratings at The Rosemary
We had an Ac problem from past *FOUR MONTHS* . We complained more than a hundred times by mails, raising complaints , even visiting the leasing office. Whenever we call sometimes no one will show up, even after visiting the office too they will say ‘maintenance member will be over there, but no one will show up. They will come to check the next day,and they will say we need order the parts,finally after a week they say it’s fixed but, the next day it will stop working as usual. Whenever we ask the maintenance members they will say ‘we did you gotta talk to the office members’. And the office members :“WE CALLED THEM IF THEY DIDN’T SHOW UP ITS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY , DO YOU WANT ME TO GO AND FIX IT ?” That’s how they react they say ‘will be there in 5 minutes’ after an hour if I visit again ‘ho they didn’t show up, i will call them,they are doing something else it will take an hour’ finally the day will be done. SAME THING FOUR MONTHS HOW IRRESPONSIBLY THEY AVOIDED US The same situation from four months, and imagine how much time we have wasted just for complaining,and how much we suffered. I hope you guys will fix it before we leave your residence.

I have been living here for a year now & I would like to say how great my stay has been here . No complaints for the wonderful staff . Very quiet even though the complex is right off Atlanta Hwy . My neighbors are great & I will be renewing my lease again .

Currently a resident here, office staff is great. Fix things within 3-4 days depending on the issue. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice area, close to Publix and about 10 minutes from East Chase Outlet Mall. Been a resident for 13 months.

A visiting friend had a laptop stolen out of his car. We know the time frame and requested the video camera footage. First, they could not retrieve the footage because a former mantainence man was the only one that had the security code. Second, once they finally retrieve this code, they say that they will not make a recording unless the investigator comes and requests it personally. If the video footage erases after 7 days, what happens if you discover stolen property on the 6th day? This means that if the investigator does not get there in time, the footage will be deleted. I did not ask to see it, I only asked them to make a copy for the investigator in case he is unable to make it within the 7 days. To top things off they tell me the footage is dull and many people are around... But yet they ask what color is the laptop? What does the color matter, if you have watched dull footage? If you want to feel secure, go somewhere else. The security they advertise is false advertisement. Also, I would not trust these reviews. I was given a 10 dollar gift card to Starbucks to write a review. A review at an earlier time when I was unaware of these accommodations.
Saddleback Ridge was an horrible experience for me from the time I moved in I wanted to break my lease. First day of expection the apartment was nasty and not up to standards,the cleaning crew was terrible it was bugs and roachs everywhere the bathrooms was filthy. I also had constant ongoing maintenance repairs I hear barking every night from neighbors dogs. It was also a very small unit not worth the price and also be aware that when you expect your unit make sure they document everything you find wrong because if not it will be your responsibility they will take it out of your deposit. I was charge for something that I didn't even damage it damage when I moved in. I can say I stayed there for a year and don't ever consider staying there again.
Saddleback Ridge is a growing community. Conveniently located to the nicest areas in town. Community up-keep is exceptional. The office manager Brenda, goes above and beyond expectations to make certain that you are happy. I truly enjoy the community.
Saddleback Ridge is an amazing easy place to live. I have currently re-signed my lease to stay here another year. When anything goes out I can call someone to come fix it and it gets fixed very soon after you call. There are stores, restraunts, two shopping malls, grocery stores, and doctors offices all around so you won't have to travel far for anything. The office is always making the landscape look nice and just got done repaving every parking lot. The pools are always clean and the office staff is amazing. The apartment it self is amazing and you never hear any of you neighbors. I would recommend anyone to come see Saddleback Ridge Apartments because you actually will love where you live.
