I love my apartment and love this community. Management is so helpful and friendly and maintenance is quick to resolve any work order needs. The property is beautiful and well maintained. This property is the Best in Rome & has the Best Staff !

I love my apartment and love living here. Management is always available and so helpful. I love my neighbors and how beautiful the property is. Everything is very well maintained here on the property. Work orders are completed in a very timely manner. Most of the time it's the very same day that I have put the request in. Kimberly and Chris make sure the property is always beautiful and clean. I am very happy living here.

I have enjoyed living here for the past year. If I have a maintenance need they are quick to respond. The staff is always available. The property is well maintained & the amenities ,especially the pool are beautiful. I’m looking forward to the summer and warm weather to enjoy the outside and beautiful landscaping. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment.

The property is accessible, secure and beautiful! I fell truly blessed to have my home in a community with the best residents and staff in Rome! It’s worth every penny!

There is a comfortable atmosphere here. Residents are very kind to each other and very helpful. I love it here because of the security I feel. I especially love that it is a gated community. When you turn in a maintenance request it is taken care of in a very timely manner. The property manager Kimberly, is the best ever. She cares about her residents and does her best to make you feel like you belong here. Resident since January 2020

This is a very nice place to live. It is convenient to restaurants, gas stations, drug stores, hospitals. Even though we are next to the braves stadium, we do not hear a peep. The staff which includes Danielle and Bobby are very attentive to everyones needs and takes care of any issues.And all of the tenants are very pleasant

We have lived here for ten months. We are close to everything in town. We use the public trail at Ridge Ferry park. The Rome Braves baseball stadium is a short, easy walk from the apartment. The new coffee shop across the street is nice. I like using the exercise room and look forward to the swimming pool this summer. For us it is the ideal situation.

This is hands down the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. It’s super clean and management is incredible. I never want to move!

I moved to Riverpoint last May and absolutely love it! The apartments are well designed and have beautiful finishes and large rooms. I love that the complex is pet friendly as so few are in our area. The pool area is amazing. I have a large patio and love to sit outside when the weather is nice. The location of the complex is one of the highlights. It's a hop, skip and a jump from the restaurants and shopping downtown, not to mention direct access to the trail system. It's also a plus being right next to the Rome Braves Stadium! I definitely recommend Riverpoint to anyone looking for an upscale apartment to lease in Rome.

Moved in April 2018 and have truly enjoyed everything about this complex. Lots to do and great community amenities, as well as being connected to the Heritage Trail. Conviently located and a short walk to the Rome Braves stadium! Did I mention the awesome community?? The people living here are the best! Come join us!

I have lived at Riverpoint Apts for 3 months. It is by far the best apartment complex this town has ever seen. I moved here from a city NE of Atlanta and Riverpoint offers very similar luxuries that an apt near Atlanta would offer. I have enjoyed the resort style pool, the firepit, the clubhouse (with free coffee!) and the fitness center. I love how close to downtown Rome is too. The park, coffee shops, restaurants are within walking distance. There is a trail to walk along the river or bike around town. LOTS of amenities!!!!! But my favorite thing is the people. Everyone is very friendly and family oriented. Danielle, the leasing manager, has never made me feel as though she was too busy for me. She is always very accommodating and welcoming. I love coming home to Riverpoint!!!

We have lived here for almost 2 months and it has been an amazing experience. We are close to everything and ride our bikes downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful not to mention the beautiful grounds and pool. We love the community?? -Family of 5

It has been a while that I moved into River point apartments. These are very beautiful, well thought out and constructed with great interiors. Lot of attention has been paid to every minute detail. The amenities are top notch and extremely well maintained. The property manager and her team are very co-operative and extremely helpful. Overall, these apartments are probably the best in town.

We just moved into the apartment here. They have amenities like dish washer, a swimming pool, club house and fitness gym. But they lack the basic amenity of Laundry. Though they have provided laundry connection inside every apartment, it is practically not possible for a tenant to buy washer and dryer which are very expensive. It would hardly cost them anything to provide that amenity.
