This community is brand new and everything that you may be looking for is there. We have Christine, Raven call work in the leasing office and they are wonderful they are on top of everything any concerned that you may have they take care of it or pass it on to whoever handles any issues. Then you have the maintenance guy who is very fast and on top of everything that you may have an issue with or something is wrong he will fix it right away and he does a phenomenal job. He goes above and beyond.I give this place Five stars .the bonus is that you live near everything and options as far as stores.

Moving in was a breeze, however residents are being charged for valet trash and apparently the community has not locked in a company for this service. Walking trash to the dumpster is not an issue since it is a fairly small neighborhood, but walking my trash to the dumpster and still being charged $30 for “valet trash” is definitely a problem. I was told “there is nothing I can do” my management at the leasing office and was provided an email to a corporate manager. The community also charges a fee for internet and the service is TRASH. For whatever reason, the modem was placed in the master bedroom closet and the signal doesn’t reach out to the living room as it should. The tv buffers ALOT. We are not the only unit to complain which displays a clear issue with the service. Moving into a new complex, I figured we would be the test dummies but I also feel like management should make some alterations.
