The Ridges

The Ridges Apartments could be kept up better. The parking area where I parked had water leaks all the time , so there is always mud. Maintenance could do a better job. Actually the tenant gets do maintenance now, you get to change your own air filter every month. Some apartments have window units, so the complex looks run down. The dumpsters will usually have trash on top or at the sides of the dumpster causing smells. Broad Management Group Broad Management does not return calls or emails.

Jayne and Karen were my apartment manager and assistant apartment manager for 5 years and always treated me with the upmost respect. If ever I needed anything fixed, Eric and Scott, the maintenance guys were right on it...I never had to wait long. Also I loved the quiet and solitude and grounds kept immaculate. Location close to the ball park, the YMCA, parks, etc.

2 years at the ridges in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. It's usually very quiet around here. Rent is average for the area except it has gone up 100 since we first moved here. Parking is a small issue. People in some of the buildings are constantly having guests over and dont tell them not to park in marked spaces. On occasion I have had to park 1 building away because of this. There is a pool but we have never used it. There are back doors/balconies on some apartments (I think just 2 bedrooms).

I have had an exceptional experience since first discovering The Ridges @ Kannapolis a year ago. The office staff aka “the girls”, are ALWAYS pleasant, professional and personable. The property is well-maintained, well-groomed and tranquil. It’s been my home for going on 2 years now and it’s been a pleasure. Affordable and close to everything you need...you can be comfortable living in The Ridges @ Kannapolis. I am, and will be for as long as I can.

Living at The Ridges has been a pleasure. The property is well maintained and any needed repairs are accomplished quickly. The maintenance staff is accommodating polite. Furnace filters smoke detector batteries are checked replaced regularly. Jayne Karen in the office are personable professional. They respond quickly to voicemail emails left after office hours. My apartment was very fresh clean when I moved in with new carpet paint. Appliances are working great after two years of living here. I'd recommend The Ridges to people who want a good value at a well-maintained property in a quiet setting.

Nice comfortable apartments, friendly management and maintenance staff who respond quickly to any concerns, very quiet neighborhood. I have happily lived here almost four years now and recommend highly.

I live at the Ridges in Kannapolis I've been living here now for three and a half years I have a one bedroom apartment we have a swimming pool very nice community there is a bus route available office staff are very nice
