The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Ridge
Loved it when I first moved here last fall, as time has went on, it has done nothing but go downhill. Landlord refuses to spend any money on washers and dryers even though they are included in our rent, pest control may or may not show up, heavy on the may not, and the pool has not been cleaned in months and is growing algae, all because the landlord doesn't want to pay to clean it. Graffiti on the maintenance shed hasn't even been attempted to remove or paint over. Maintenance is friendly, but overall incompetent. If you like smelling weed 24/7, you'd love it! I wish my lease didn't have 3 more months on it ??
Well I have viewed all the reviews and I must say I am very happy at Tanglewood and would definitely recommend..My only complaint would be upgrades needed..But for the most part management is always willing to help..And talking with my fellow neighbors this new management has truly cleaned this property up as far as( drug activity)..I am enjoying my TaT experience and would recommend..
Haven't fix anything since I've been here I moved here in May 2017 I have put in work orders after work orders and still hasn't came to resolve the issues. There is a water problem the water inside the apartment comes out brown when running and has been like this the entire stay. Avoid This Place!!!
I absolutely love Tanglewood apartments. The staff here is very nice and respectful. I've only been for about three months now nwd the experience so far is the beat. I would recommend anyone to these apartments. The rent is very reasonable and the space of the apartments are very huge and spacious. If you're looking to move somewhere you can call home, make sure you check out Tanglewood Apartments in Tallahassee, Fl..
As a long-time resident, my experiences are probably out of date with those moving into units recently rennovated by the new management. Speaking for my own current situation: Cons: *Make sure that your future unit's bathtub and wall tiling is new, and not just painted over. The paintjob yellows, chips, and collects mildew, making it difficult to clean. *Minor repairs sometimes have cosmetically awkward solutions, and minor replacement parts/building materials can be seemingly perpetually backordered. Can't tell if these are genuine efforts, or if they're just waiting until I move out to fix certain things (if so, I'd rather they just be straight about it). *The dog station is a nice idea, but they haven't refilled it since June and it's been largely useless. *There have been two new property managers in the last year, making it hard to build any kind of trusting relationship with the staff. *The walls and ceiling are thin enough to regularly hear your neighbors, depending on who you've got. And the Pros: *Appliances have been builder's grade but are reliable *Serious mantenence concerns are usually addressed within a day if not sooner. *Not a student-centric apartment complex, very few parties/rowdiness *Very conveniently close to I-10 and grocery stores, and 10 minutes from FSU's campus. *Outdoor lighting for nightime dog-walks is much appreciated *Clean pool and gym *They've offered a carpet cleaning this year, don't know how regular that is but it was nice Overall, Tanglewood is at least worth checking out.
If you are looking for a quiet community in a college town this is the place for you.
