The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Ridge at Mountain Lion
Great location for all activities or commuting. Newer updated facilities, clean well maintained common areas and peaceful environment. The management team in Loveland at the ridge are very busy and productive, but more than willing to address issues promptly for entire complex, yet the management and entire staff always made time to speak with me in person about anything, willingness to ensure issues are resolved and follow-up with tenants. Price points have changed since I moved in a year ago and will always change, but feel I got my money’s worth. (Customer service, honesty, integrity and ethical are lost qualities today, the current staff in Loveland have brought this back) If you have these qualities where you live, then I recommend not leaving your current place.
Everything here has been a nightmare. From being placed on the wrong floor apartment, to not being over charged a significant amount of rent the first month, I can't think of one thing that has gone smoothly. Furthermore the lack of customer service has been astonishing. One specific person has made 3 mistakes related to my account and has not taken accountability or apologized once. After they were excessively thorough on our paperwork, I would expect Vintage Corp to have the same microscope on their contractors and employees. This is obviously not happening and why I continue to have issues. The largest issue is the plumbing in our unit was installed improperly including the hot water heater. This improper installation of the sink has caused severe damage under the sink. At time of posting this has still not been addressed by anyone at the Ridge. . . . I paid to move into a new apartment so I didn't have to deal with damage like this. I am hopeful it can be rectified by a professional but after my experiences the last 60 days my expectations are very very low. List of issues include: - requested 1st floor, given 2nd floor (while other units exactly like ours were available on the first floor. No logic?) - never sent move in instructions. The more disappointing part of that is because Cat struggles to take accountability she refused to ask her boss (Rachel) for help until encouraged by her coworker. At that time there were 5+ people waiting and she was just not willing to admit she messed up to Rachel. - we were over charged rent the first month. It was incredibly hard to get refunded even though they said the office fixed the mistake before paying - hot water heater broke 3X. (Knock on wood I believe this one has been fixed fully) - when reporting active leak in our apartment, I had to turn off the water myself because the plumber was "sick" (at time of posting this issues has still not been addressed even though Brandon (and Colorado law) deemed this an emergency last night. While I did turn off the water, I am not a plumber and refuse to be held liable because Cat refused to send a plumber on Saturday. I am confused why while Brandon went out of his way to find someone on Friday and was unsuccessful, Cat refuses to even try. Overall, a really disappointing experience.
