This was my daughter’s first time moving away from home and Ylexia made it easy for us. She answered all the questions we had, helped us secure a space and made my daughter feel at home. They have a lot of events to help the residents feel included, have a nice gym and study spaces, a volleyball court that could be used and lots of walking trails nearby. Would recommend.

I have been here almost a year and am very happy here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here is pretty darn good. The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is clean and well kept.

Been living here for over a year and it’s been great! It’s super close to NAU, which comes in handy during heavy snowfall, the walk is 15 minutes max. Staff are super friendly and maintenance is always in top of their work. The apartments themselves are very spacious and accessible for the price per month. I’ can’t recommend this complex enough, it’s a great starter apartment and for a great price!

This is without a doubt the most unsafe, unfriendly, and unprofessional staff I have interacted with in my life. There will be problems throughout every single step of being a resident at this location and other locations managed by Cardinal Group. You will have maintenance problems when you move in; they will ignore them. You will have questions about fees and charges; they will ignore you. You will be done any kind of wrong by the leasing office; they will blame you. At face value, this location seems very promising. There is nothing that could be further than the truth. Parents, students, or anyone, please avoid this place unless you have the patience, time, and money to deal with a terrible leasing staff who offer less than half of the amenities for an above-average rent price here in Flagstaff. Best of luck in finding different housing.

This place is awful. They don’t provide enough parking spots for their residents. Their covered parking falls onto cars when it snows. The staff is never correct on information and the managers are very rude.

Who's running this place? You can't get ahold of anyone. Voicemail is full. Maintenance crew doesn't exist. Stuff is just broken forever and there's no path of escalation. Oh, but good news: rent collection process is working just fine.

Misleading, uncompassionate. Liars! Beware. Stay away.
I have countless issues. From my light outside, which wasn't changed until there was a drunk man knocking on my door and trying to get it at 2 am. I haven't had a dryer in weeks. My internet stopped working and received no information about my internet account to give to the service provider, that took me a solid 2 days, 5 to 6 phone calls, and multiple trips to the office trying to get help. I have also had to make multiple trips to the post office to get my mail. If you are looking for a nice place to live, especially during COVID when you spend most of your time at home, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management does not care about anything wrong with your unit, prices have gone up while amenities are cut to basically nothing, even the most basic. This apartment has been taken over by some large management company because they know college students do not have many choices up here. If you want a clean apartment and access to maintenance, this is not the apartment for you.

It is a really nice place to live. Plenty of space and close to NAU. Really nice amenities. Some times it takes maintenance a while to fix everything. The people are always really nice and helpful. They do fun activities at the office and on social media to keep everyone involved. They tow cars that aren't supposed to be there. WIFI can be a little slow at times and residents have the option of upgrading it by choice. Some of the windows locks are broken or aren't there. Place is really nice and well priced for apartments and living in Flagstaff especially considering how close it is to campus. I don't have a car and don't even feel like I need one with how close I am to everything.

Management are money grubbers, maintenance is bad, snow removal is worse, and they no longer accept packages in the office. Have fun driving across town to pick up your convenient Amazon Prime orders.

Horrible management. We have had multiple appliances in our unit that haven’t worked since the day we moved in. They still refuse to fix them. Also a lot of hidden charges
Management is complete jerks who do not care at all about there residence. There office lies to there residence and then blames you for it. DO NOT LIVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE.
I really do love living in this apartment complex. The amenities are wonderful and the atmosphere is very calming. It is more of a family oriented living community, which has it's perks as well. The only complaints I would have would be about the price of the apartments themselves. Rent has gone up a bit, but hey, that's the cost of living up in Flagstaff.
We have lived at the Ridge at Clear Creek apartments for over 2 years and haven't had to many problem. The major things that we haven't like is that each year we have lived here our rent has gone up and then this year they took away caleb and water included in rent. When we signed our orginal lease they told us that renf2f hadnt gone up in the last 5 years and wouldn't go up again for another 5. Also I suggest getting any approval of grills or other ourside objects in writting. We got approval to have a smoker before we moved in and had three inspection where it was approved. But at our last one management changed there mind and said we had to had to remove it from our patio. We were very frustrated by this becuase we had been approved countless times. But other then the rent going up each year and our smokey issues the apartment has been great. Our apartment is in good shape and maintenance is always on top of any issues you report. The gym area is also wonderful
