My move-in process at The Ridge was absolutely smooth and stress-free! From start to finish, the staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Everything was well organized and communicated clearly, which made the transition into my new home a breeze. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the amenities are top-notch offering both comfort and convenience. I truly appreciate how welcoming the community feels and how everything was handled with care and attention to detail. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better move-in experience. The space is very modernized and spacious. I think the price is fair, and the appliances are very clean upon move in. Everything is sanitized before move in, so there was no need to deep clean when first moving to the apartment. The valet trash system has been incredibly helpful instead of having to dump trash on our own.

Leslie was very pleasant and informative from the first time we spoke on the phone until we were retrieving our access codes and walking through the apartment door to our new home. Jasmine was also extremely helpful when I was panicked about a possibly snag in the move in process. LTD Champions Ridge has given me the opportunity to start all over with an affordable, comfortable and beautiful apartment in an area that is easily accessible and has wonderful amenities. The pool area is amazing with the layout, hammocks and grilling area. It sure has become for me a place of rest.

The complex is GORGEOUS, and the location is extremely convenient.
The apartments are nice which is good considering they are a year old. Never lived somewhere with louder neighbors especially upstairs where it sounds like someone is constantly running around. Been an issue for over six months and sometimes is so bad we have to get out of our house to have some quiet. Management hasn’t been helpful with solving this problem. Rent was a great price when the complex opened but has already gone up over 300 dollars which I contribute to the company opening another complex across the street that is the same price as ours. The amenities are few and the pool is very small but oftentimes has more than 30 people at it. Traffic isn’t awful and WiFi is free and has been good so far. Parking can be extremely difficult past 8. We’ve had packages stolen and found pet waste throughout the complex. A major reason I assume most people moved in here was the place was a fantastic price as well as it being new. But after a year and the prices increasing as much as they have I cannot recommend this place considering how many options there are in this area as well as the issues we’ve had here. To give some reference the one bedroom currently cost more than the 2 bedroom was at move in last year.
Everyone who lives here (including staff) are friendly and couldn't ask for better. I'm a swimmer, and this pool is not compatible for adult use, it's a pool for children, very shallow. Plan on traffic issues, but a benefit in selecting this apartment complex is the traffic light. Areas to consider if moving here: thin floors and walls (can hear walking, snoring), no access to water heater temperature, Air BnB guests/no security (25 percent going to Champions Ridge), loud music in communal areas that can be heard in all apartments at all hours, parking issues, no elevators, and increase in rent by 4%.
if you're looking for a place that has good wifi and or allows multiple isps in then look elsewhere because management will not allow other isps in besides the horrible provider white sky that every apartment uses. unusable for work at home and for anything requiring a good internet connection
Everything is amazing. You future move-in residents have nothing to worry about. I love how everything is by code. Accessibility to everything.
Great move in experience. The leasing office was closed when I was available but they had available hours over the phone and I spoke with a few different agents that did an amazing job at communicating what was needed to complete the application process. Getting this kind of responsiveness from apartment leasing offices is rare. Greatest service from Jayleen. She assisted my mother who is in her 60s by answering all her questions and helping her through the application process. Give her a raise and have her train others.

Great apartment complex. It’s brand new so you need to have patience with the leasing agents as they are working on numerous applications at once. Walls are very thin and not all neighbors respect our shared outdoor area, but it’s also an apartment complex so if you don’t want to hear your neighbors don’t share walls with someone. Not a lot of storage space in a one bedroom, no pantry no linen closet no laundry room area. But for one person you can make it work. Overall it’s UNBEATABLE with price vs what you get.

Ltd. Champions ridge has literally been a dream come true for me. I was worried about moving doing to having an “ok” credit score but, I was able to utilize the Jetty deposit option and it’s been smooth sailing ever since.
