Great place to live. Great staff. Streets get congested by parked cars. Just don't want it to turn out to be like other apartment complexes.

I've never had an issue with maintenance. They are always spot on, right when they recieve a call or request, the resident is top priority.
The Ridge at Calhoun has been a great addition as the Calhoun community continues to grow. I love the charm and coziness of my place and being so close to everything. The leasing office has always been helpful and attentive to my concerns. After horrible experiences at other apartment complexes, it is so refreshing to feel taken care of and valued here.
The community is great me and my family have been very happy with our choice to live here.
