I currently live in this apartment, and at the end of January, someone hit my new car and ran away at parking lots. I know the exact date and time of the incident, and I reported it to the police. However, even though the police report exists, the apartment office keeps saying they cannot show me the security footage without a warrant or subpoena. When I raised my safety concerns and requested to terminate my lease due to feeling unsafe, they said I would have to pay a termination fee. Even though this incident happened within the complex, they responded, "This kind of thing can happen anywhere, and there's nothing we can do about it." Basically, no matter what happens here, they won’t help residents. Once my lease is up, I am definitely moving out.
They have a great Maintenance team on staff . I have had Julio come to my apartment to help with my Garbage disposal a couple of times before and he has been very Efficient each time and has left everything very clean after finishing .

I lived here for some time probably the worst “luxury “ place to live in. They don’t pest the property there appliances break easily. I asked them to come check my apartment a/c more than ones it wouldn’t cool. The trash gets picked up every now and then there is no set schedule, sometimes they don’t even pick up anything up and it overloads. Then they sent out messages saying “if we leave trash outside our door at certain times we will be fined”. They also do False Advertising, they promote a referral if we referrer someone to the property. And when you ask for the referral money they refuse to give it to you. There management is not professional I have emailed the manager my concerns and they don’t care. They don’t even respond, the leasing office is not professional at all there unprofessional and rude. They just want to overload you with fees, they just want your money and they won’t give you your deposit back no matter how spotless you leave it.

Very clean, the appliances are like new, the maintenance is great and the management is amazing as well, very helpful and friendly. Everything about this place is so well put together with a little bit of everything. Very safe community within and all around!!

I love it here, the community is outstanding and the staff is super hard working to help. The maintenance team even gets everything done nicely without any problems!!
I moved into the apartment in August 2020. My apartment is stylish well lit and has modern amenities. The maintenance person is very friendly, very prompt, and very thorough. However I do not like smelling my neighbors nor hearing my neighbors which is a major problem here. Someone has been smoking pot in the hallways consistently however management is discriminating when they attempt to investigate this problem of which has not been resolved. My neighbors to one side of me has young kids that scream and if they cough it sounds as though they’re sitting right in my bedroom. My neighbor on the opposite side curses loudly after midnight which which it sounds as though he speaking to my son. And lastly the person above me follows us around in the apartment and stomps over our head when we go to sleep at night. My Internet and router has been hacked and my zoom meetings are often interrupted or even disconnected I am 100% certain that the neighborhood above me is behind this as well. For this price point and this year in in time, one would hope new newly built apartments could be built in such a fashion to shield noise and protect privacy... certainly not the case here.
I love that this community has a little bit of everything. Mid-rise, carriage homes, and traditional style apartments. It gives people a chance to really choose what time of home they would like while still getting a luxury style feel.
