Quick maintenance response time. Had a leak under sink and they fixed it and left me a report. Gym is decent quality and kept clean and dog park is always open.

Experience has been pleasant for the time I have been here. Outdoors person, i like when grass is cut regularly. Retired and single, I have enjoyed the peace of not having a lot of people standing around. Was not happy about the laundry at first because i came in when it was being changed over. Process has leveled out. I am still a little new so I have not had to call maintenance yet. Hope I maintain that absence.

There's Good Bad and Ugly. Staff are great some all my neighbors are excellent. Some pet owners need to have more respect and curb their pets! Cool place to call home overall!

Overall good experience while living here the past 2 years. There are laundry centers, pools, a small gym, and plenty of parking. Maintenance comes within a day and the office ladies are fairly nice. Some residents are inconsiderate of others but that happens anywhere you live.

Great place to live! Love the pool and dog park. Pet friendly, staff is nice, maintenance workers are great at what that they do! Great place if you have a pet. Alot of grassy areas to walk with my pup!

Apartments are pretty old for what you're paying. Walls are paper thin. Wish they would be more serious about people picking up their trash. Office staff can be pretty rude, but I am not a confrontational person so I let it go. They have sent me 3 different schedules for pest control, and they haven't stuck to any of the schedules so people are keying into your apartment with zero notice. So that's pretty freaky. But there is no bugs, and it's one of the cheapest rents in Greensboro without being in a super high crime area, so I guess it could be worse.

The community, while it is on the older side, is clean, quiet and feels safe. It needs paint and parking lot repair, but the price is reasonable. Onside staff and maintenance are excellent but short-staffed and struggle to meet the needs required of them.

Amenities are lacking and subpar. Units are fine for the price. Nice place if you can get things how they need to be. The 1bedrooms do not have AC in the living room/kitchen and that is a very big struggle in spring/summer. Nice location and surroundings. Have not had any issues with pests!

Quiet community. I wish there were upgrades. I've been in the community for about 8 years and there has been no upgrades to the units. They are in a great area, I feel renovating them would make them look much better. There seriously needs to be an upgrade to the gym. Why are prices rising but no upgrades are being made.
Very quiet and peaceful, maintenance is always on point with appointments and whatever you need. Apartments are fair, they are interactive with their tenants
So far so good, the new management has been keeping things in check and making sure things get done. I enjoy living here it’s quiet for the most part even in the summer
The retreat is great place to live!! I love how attentive and professional the staff is and i absolutely love that property is pet friendly. I have lived here for about 2 years and I cannot think of a single reason why I would ever want to move. It’s located perfectly in Greensboro with so many great amenities!!
This is my first apartment and I absolutely love it here. I don’t usually have issues but when I do they were fixed quickly. My neighbors are friendly and usually quiet.
i like it here but the outsde isn;t kept up as nice as it used to be maintance is excellent i have a loud neighboor the pooll is nice overall i iike it a lot
Zero Stars: The only good thing about this place is the location. The apartments are outdated, and the heating/cooling systems are filthy and poorly maintained. Staff turnover is constant—you never know who’s in charge, and they all lie about how long they’ve worked here. Towing is out of control. Handicap spots take up prime parking with no actual need. Rent keeps rising with no upgrades. They falsely charge non-pet owners, allow dog poop everywhere, and maintenance is incompetent. The owner stalks residents and has cars towed, causing damage. If your unit gets shot into, they won’t check on you or fix it. Stairs are unsafe, and they never prepare for bad weather, waiting until ice forms before salting. Once I find a new place, I’m gone for GOOD. I will NEVER recommend this place. Pay more and live somewhere better. Stay far away!
I would give it 5 stars but there are too many neighbors with animals who do not pick up their pets' poop. But I like the area, it is very quiet and I feel satisfied with the apartment. I hope to enjoy the summer to appreciate the complex's pool.
We have only been here for 4 months, we absolutely love it! Area is pretty much quiet and neighbors are nice & friendly. They also do a lot of community activities & engagements.

Sufficient and safe. Lots of pets. No playground for children. No outdoor grills but none allowed in front of unit. Hard to get office on the phone and a direct answer.
The retreat is very nice and make sure everything is set when you’re ready to move in! The retreat keeps in touch and answer any questions you may have regarding moving in!

My move in process was easy and smooth. I did a walk through the day before and I love everything. When I move in same thing I had a couple of issues they came and fix them. It’s very quiet out here and I love that very much at peace and can call it home
I love living here, maintenance is wonderful. They recently trimmed all the bushes and I dont get whacked in the head leaving my apartment anymore. The only thing is that people leave the dog waste but I think if they put out waste bags this might deter people from leaving the waste around the ground.
It’s very quiet. No one is rude or too loud. The staff at the leasing office always get back to you in a timely fashion about your questions or concerns! Everyone is so nice. I love it. I just hate how steep the stairs are for the second floor tenants.
I have been living here for 5 years now and I have had nothing but a great resident expreience! The Office personel always give great customer service and if something isn't right in the apartment, they get it fixed!
Apartment was falling apart and the leasing office is not good. I cant wait to move! Maintenance is also terrible. They say they will come and fix stuff and never show.
Very nice and quiet neighborhood, maintenance is always quick to respond to help with repairs or whatever is needed. Live in neighborhood with 1 bedrooms and there isn’t really a lot of kids, pools are in different sections of the apartment complex down the street.
Very peaceful area, everyone over here is nice and friendly. I haven’t been around to explore yet but definitely looks like there’s a lot to do

The apartment is nice. The neighbors are nice. The only thing I don't like is that I do not get a response to my emails. I sent an email at the end of October and I still have not gotten a response. Other than that I like my apartment. It's quiet and I am able to live comfortably here.

I've been living here for 8 months now and still love it!! My neighbors are friendly and helpful, which means a lot to me, as a single senior. The office staff and maintenance staff have been responsive. I would recommend moving here to anyone who is looking to relocate.
Beautiful community, maintenance can be a little shotty but besides that I’ve loved every minute here. Lots of complexes so lots of different opportunities to get a gross apartment but we got a good one!!
The staff is great. Kind, friendly, hardworking people that keep us up to date on anything going on in the community or the surrounding area. Maintenance is super quick to respond to requests and they do a great job. I’ve been here almost 3 years and have no complaints.
I've been here a few months and no Complaints The area is kept clean and safe. The neighbors are really quiet, and all of the staff has been very helpful. They do activities to bring the community together and I appreciate that. The apt is a good size for me and I'm content .
My resident experience has been hot & cold. The cold is extremely noisy at times & accessibility to the office, gym, laundromat or pool at times. The hot is our office personnel & maintenance guys willingness to be very supportive in everyway.
It’s ok I’d say the only thing wrong with this place is that the one bedroom one bath place don’t have washer and dryer hook ups other than that, this place is pretty good you constantly hear firetrucks going by though
