Excellent little studios for moving out on your own for the first time.

Love my apartment and management has been wonderful! Very helpful when locked myself out and the rare maintenance issues were afresses quickly. Urban plains is a great rental community and I highly recommend it!

Urban Plains is in a good neighborhood close to the park and close to everything you need, including grocery stores and gas stations, Urban Plains is a very clean and a very nice place to stay, the garage space is spacious and the rooms are clean.

I am always satisfied with the excellent service I receive from the community management at Urban Plains. It is above and beyond my expectations. I also feel very comfortable with the quality of tenants living here.

Great location and great apartments! Especially for college kids or young adults this complex has everything someone needs and then some! I am enjoying my stay at Urban Plains!

I really like living here. Ive been here for over 8 months and they stay on top of snow blowing the lots and I rarely hear my neighbors ever.

No complaints except several door issues with the side doors, and now once with my actual apartment door.

Secure complex, working appliances but my fridge handle was broken and glued back together and my A/C struggles, remote controlled garages, I can hear EVERY movement in the apartment above me but I cant hear the neighbors next to me.

Urban Plains is a very friendly and inviting community. They truly care about their residence and are very knowledgeable. Maintenance requests are reviewed in a timely manner and techs are sent out as soon as possible. I highly recommend living in this community!

Excellent location across from Sanford Wellness and Scheels arena. Very close proximity to Costco, Cashwise, several bars, variety of eating establishments, and being last building on the street, we have an excellent view and pond!

Poor communication for a move-in date and a w/d removal. They made an error and didn't remove the w/d before I moved in. Then, it took 4 more times of me asking to get it removed, AND I had to defend myself against a false report by a tech (maintenance) stating that he had spoken to me and confirmed that I wanted to keep the w/d. I spoke to no tech and definitely didn't want the w/d which is why I kept asking to have them removed! The tech can't be asked 'cause he left the company the day after the false report was made. (Now I understand what the multiple pick-up trucks outside garage 11-900 at the end of the day that Friday were doing with their tailgate-like atmosphere of guys and beer. That guy got a send-off while I got handed the consequences of his b.s.) For the second time, under 2 different managers, the apt was not clean at move-in. I was actually told by the staff person who checked me in that they don't require cleaning behind the oven at check-out. Apparently also not behind and under the fridge either from the looks of it. Or the wall behind the kitchen sink. Or the oily hand print accumulations around the handles on the kitchen cabinets. Or cooking oil leftovers in the formation of rings on a high shelf--which took 20 min of scrubbing, but all came off. It wasn't a dump, but it wasn't clean either.

Nice, peaceful and safe place to live, in love with my kitchen, and closet.

I got an almost brand new apartment with great appliances, amazing flooring and wonderful and spacious bathroom. Cydni Child and everyone at the Urban Plains office has always been very helpful.

Look no further...Urban Plains has the location, amenities, and floor plans to meet your needs. Their management staff are friendly and helpful. The application process was easy and quick. The move-in walk-thru was thorough and any concerns were addressed. The buildings are modern, clean and well-maintained.

I like the location and the restaurants and businesses are easy to get to. I love the biking and walking paths close to the building.

Moved to Fargo from Virginia in August (2019), I was able to view several different options and sign a lease a month ahead of the move. Management asked the all right questions when trying to figure out my needs and we found the right apartment in no time. Better still, when it came time to move and I was running way behind management agreed to meet me on Sunday, when their office is closed. It's pretty amazing that they went out of their way to make sure I got into my new apartment the day I arrived in Fargo.

Urban Plains is a wonderful place to call home. The staff is so friendly, and they are always willing to help you if you have any questions. When I moved in, my apartment was spotless and very clean. They are so spacious and things around here are well taken care of.

The apartments at Urban Plains are some of the nicest I've ever seen in terms of over-all size, floor plans, and kitchen size, and best of all they're not the typical white cabinets and beige carpets.

Urban Plains has been a great place for me to call home for the past two years. I love having a washer/dryer in my unit, a garage and plenty of parking in our lot for when I have guests visiting. The staff has been wonderful and very responsive anytime something comes up. They are friendly and always willing to help! For a busy, young professional, it is in a great location and it has served me well as a home base!

Love living here! The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and professional. Community space is kept clean. Hardly ever hear neighbors or people within the building.
