This place is great! My mother lives here and loves her life. She always has something to do like water aerobics, card games, bingo, and even movies! Sammi and Melissa in the office are so sweet and take time to know the families, not just the people who live there. Whenever something is needed in the house, the maintenance team is always there. Ray, Mike and Juan are so helpful and quick. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to turn 55 myself to move in!

Great place to live! We really enjoy our time at The Retreat at Trinity. The 55+ active community is beautifully maintained by the office staff, Sammi and Melissa, along with Ray and his amazing maintenance team. They are always very friendly, professional, quick to respond to any questions or concerns and treat everyone as if they are family. Along with all of the great amenities and activities, every Friday Happy Hour and Sunday morning brunch are catered for all the residents. Pets are always welcome and a dog park is directly behind the community right next to a beautiful park with a great walking trail. Be sure to stop by our secure gated community for a tour and maybe you too will be calling The Retreat your home.

I have lived here for years since 2016 and I absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, Melisa and Sammi go out of their way for us. My tv was having problems and Sammi helped me get everything fixed. Maintenance does incredible work and works very efficiently. The grounds are always well maintained, the place is clean and Ray and Mike work very hard. So does Juan! I love it here, thank you so much!

I just signed my renewal with the office staff's help and they were fantastic. Melissa walked me through the process and Sammi sat with me to get my email working and sign every paper. I am very lucky to live in a place where the staff goes above and beyond. Ray is always helpful whenever there is an item that need fixing. I am very happy I resigned!

this community is great! they do so much for us like movies, events Friday dinners and brunches . the amenities are awesome like the massive pool for classes for us Melissa and Sammi really make this place special!

Sammi was very helpful with a connection issue I was having for a streaming platform, Peacock. I have been trying on my own for a month. Whenever I have asked for any maintenance work, it has been responded to immediately by Ray, Christian and Juan. The way this property is taken care of is amazing. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable and Sammi and Melissa do a great job keeping it that way. I love to go down for a cup of coffee

Have lived at The Retreat on two occasions and recently had to move out due to health issues. Hands down the best place I have ever lived. The community is kept immaculate! The staff Melissa, Sammi, Ray and Cristian are the greatest! They are always there to help with anything. I would have lived here forever if I didn't need more skilled help.

I am so very happy living here at the Retreat at Trinity. I have been here nearly 8 years. The staff is terrific. Very efficient in every way. They keep the premises immaculate inside and out. Everyone on the staff is extremely helpful and very polite.

I have been a resident here since Day 1. It is the most fabulous property with amazing team members! It is very well kept, the maintenance crew is amazing & any issue in the apartment they’re there in 5 minutes. Great activities including brunch and happy hours weekly. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Ray, the supervisor is outstanding. Not a thing he cannot do!

Absolutely LOVE living here! The entire staff is so personable and really goes out of there way to make you feel special, specifically Sammi & Melissa! They spoil us with events like a Jersey Mikes lunch and Bingo. I have made so many friends here and would recommend Retreat to anybody looking to live where they vacation!!

My brother Matt has been living at the Retreat at Trinity for about six years now and he’s so happy there. The staff is great. A shout out to the new manager Matt and to Melissa. Every time I come to visit my brother I’m so impressed about that way the grounds are kept. The pool is spotlessly clean. The grass is always well manicured. There’s coffee available in the lobby and lots of get-togethers are scheduled for the community. What a great place to live!

I moved my father to Retreat at Trinity. It’s been a wonderful experience. The management is great, they know most all residents by name, are very helpful, and understanding of the elderly. They do a catered happy hour every Friday to get the residents to engage with each other. Maintenance has been super. They are quick to come fix what needs to be taken care of. It’s quiet with a beautiful pool, workout room, real movie theater and much more. My husband and I want to live here it’s that nice. We highly recommend Retreat at Trinity.

They asked me to say why this apartment deserves five stars and I don’t think there’s enough room here to list every possible reason first the building is meticulously kept if anything gets broken or misplaced it’s fixed immediately you never even know it the staff here you have Matt can you have Melissa are great first Matt does not sit around and let things happen he makes sure everything is taken care of he is very proactive nothing gets out of hand and nothing gets put off to the next day the building was new and he actually made it look even better than it was before Melissa is in the front office if there’s a problem it goes away because she takes care of it right away nothings put off till the next day everything’s done as soon as it can be possible. The area is really nice now there are plenty of stores there are hospitals there shopping you’re close to the highway you’re close to Tampa if you wanna go downtown you’re close to the water or 15 minutes ago watching dolphins swim in the ocean do you wanna go out to eat there were places to eat metal everywhere some of the best hospitals are right in the area within a half an hour or so from here some within three or four minutes from our location this is a great place to call home I come from a house I never thought I could get used to an apartment but I love it one key and no worries and they do a fantastic job hereAnd I appreciate them (the staff) more than They will ever know. If I could give them 10 stars I give them 10 I live here so if you move in you can talk to me it’s a great place I write these reviews rarely but I feel compelled to do it every year at least once a year because they deserve it they truly do thanks again to the staff and I’m sorry for any misspellings or my grammar. The bottom line is The Retreat at Trinity is truly a place to call home care free living at its best heated pool movie theater pool room with a beautiful pool table card room amenities room bar lounge it’s a wonderful place and maintain to the nines if you’re lucky enough to get an apartment here or looking for one come in take a tour put your name on the list

I’m living here going on six years coming up to my seventh year and I cannot be happier I didn’t think I’d make it in an apartment but this is my home the staff here does an amazing job you have Matthew you have Melissa you have Ray and you have Alex to take care of everything here the amenities are so long to list from heated year-round pool to movie theater craft room amenities room a pub room we have happy hour on Friday and brunch on Sunday also you’re near or shopping you near the doctors in the hospitals near the highway it’s just a great place to live. I’ve looked all over up and down in Florida I’m glad I found this place

Larry and I have been residents at,The Retreat,for seven years, and we have been very happy. They work diligently towards making our stay, at the Retreat, very enjoyable. We love living here. The apartment is spacious and it is very quiet. Everybody is extremely nice and accommodating. The only thing is I wish there was more parking because I work late and when I get home from work sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot close to my apartment.

One of my favorite attractions living at the Retreat at Trinity is the beautiful walking trail around the adjacent lake. The abundance of different birds, deer, and don't forget gators make it so interesting.

Living here has been a pleasure for the past almost 6 years we have a new team leader Matthew who is excellent also Melissa who is always there to help and Ray in charge of maintenance along with Alex who comes in and takes care of everything you need done to great place to live if you want carefree living with all the amenities you could possibly want
