Beautiful grounds, units are clean and cozy with new carpet, bathtubs are large, great pool, and friendly neighbors. Parking spots are a little tight, kitchen cabinets are tall for my height, wish I had a pantry and a tiled dining area. In general, a great apartment complex that I'm glad to call home.

Great apartment complex. Clean, safe and pet friendly. Amenities including the gym, pool and carwash are always accessible Apartment is located in the middle of the city so it's close to everything. We have lived at The Retreat at Spring Creek for almost 4 years and absolutely love it. The staff is what makes it so amazing ,from the managers, head manage,r all the way down to maintenance they are there for you minute so friendly so kind and they all make you feel like family they take care of everything the grounds are beautiful the pool is always clean and sparkling and they keep the apartments totally maintained. Love the new dog park they put in, one call and the staff as there within an hour to fix anything you need in your apartment. The grounds of the apartment are always very clean the flowers are blooming everywhere and we absolutely love the clubhouse, with the media room the gym the library and the pool table it's so much fun to live here. This Christmas they had a whole wrapping Center in the clubhouse with free wrapping paper and everything and they also threw a big Christmas party with all the bells and whistles and delicious food Santa was even there. When you live it here it's Spring Creek you really feel like you are home and have a community and have the help and kindness that you need in life

Retreat at Spring Creek, has so many great things about it! Like there community is wonderful, everyone here is so kind. They will always help you no matter what it is. There pool is as well a great aspect to the apartments! And having a grill by the pool as well so you can grill something up to eat by the pool! They have a dog park for your dog to play around in and get his “jitters” out before bed time! And a gym with a lot of equipment!!

Won’t correct noise issues and will raise your overpriced rent after your lease is up just to stay another year. Love the place besides that but getting a 5 bedroom for the same price as my 3 here.

Very friendly office staff and maintenance team. Everything you want is here two salt water pools, small gym and gas grills. I live here since 2019 and my mom has live here since 2011. Don't want to live anywhere else. Recommend everyone to stop by and check this place out.

Noisey neighbors above me and noisey construction with the new Jack's. Very concerned about traffic when the construction is complete with the car wash. Rent is too high. I do not think I will be renewing my lease.

Great community and great staff!! The move in process was very organized and stress free. The apartment is very clean and ready for move in. Erin and Adam have been exceptional every step of the way!! The maintenance crew is on top of work orders quickly and efficiently. We’re very pleased with The retreat apartments!!

It’s been hard this time around living with Lee students. I’ve had an issue with my neighbors smoking pot and have have complained on multiple occasions to management, onsite courtesy officer and even City Police Department . It’s now time again to be able to open windows but I can’t because the fouls smell permeates my apartment. It also is horrible parking when college is back in session because they allow so many to live in one apartment, causing the parking lots to be filled even in visitor parking.

I have lived here over 5 years and I have to say our current office staff and maintenance team our doing an outstanding job! My daughter and her family have recently become residents here also. Erin was their leasing agent and has been awesome! They had a few things that needed correction in their unit and our maintenance staff of Chandler and Brad took care of them within hours of them taking procession of their apartment!

I’ve been living at The Retreat for 9 years now. I appreciate how quickly the admin staff respond to any problems and how beautiful they keep the grounds. Since I’ve been here for so long, it’s wonderful to have such a caring team tending to the units and surrounding area as this truly has become my home. I would recommend highly for any short or long term stay.

We just moved in, a week ago. It's a good apartment. Our kids seem to like it here so far. They really like that there's a pool. The movers that The Retreat at Spring Creek recommended did very well. The employee that showed us our apartment is very helpful. We like that we are living in a gated community. It makes you feel a little safer. We seem to have good neighbors. The people we have met have been nice and friendly so far.
