Awesome community! Move in process was very simple. Neighbors are friendly with lots of friendly pets. Third floor was a little difficult moving in but definitely worth the higher ceilings. Would highly recommend this neighborhood because of its close proximity to Cleveland’s necessities and I-75.

Beautiful grounds, units are clean and cozy with new carpet, bathtubs are large, great pool, and friendly neighbors. Parking spots are a little tight, kitchen cabinets are tall for my height, wish I had a pantry and a tiled dining area. In general, a great apartment complex that I'm glad to call home.

Great apartment complex. Clean, safe and pet friendly. Amenities including the gym, pool and carwash are always accessible Apartment is located in the middle of the city so it's close to everything. We have lived at The Retreat at Spring Creek for almost 4 years and absolutely love it. The staff is what makes it so amazing ,from the managers, head manage,r all the way down to maintenance they are there for you minute so friendly so kind and they all make you feel like family they take care of everything the grounds are beautiful the pool is always clean and sparkling and they keep the apartments totally maintained. Love the new dog park they put in, one call and the staff as there within an hour to fix anything you need in your apartment. The grounds of the apartment are always very clean the flowers are blooming everywhere and we absolutely love the clubhouse, with the media room the gym the library and the pool table it's so much fun to live here. This Christmas they had a whole wrapping Center in the clubhouse with free wrapping paper and everything and they also threw a big Christmas party with all the bells and whistles and delicious food Santa was even there. When you live it here it's Spring Creek you really feel like you are home and have a community and have the help and kindness that you need in life

Retreat at Spring Creek, has so many great things about it! Like there community is wonderful, everyone here is so kind. They will always help you no matter what it is. There pool is as well a great aspect to the apartments! And having a grill by the pool as well so you can grill something up to eat by the pool! They have a dog park for your dog to play around in and get his “jitters” out before bed time! And a gym with a lot of equipment!!

The maintenance crew is doing a great job! We only wish there was an elevator! They repaired our bath fan; replaced some dishwasher stuff, and showed Maggie how to control the Ceiling Fan!

Just moved in! Staff has been amazing to help me get settled. They even helped me measure my space for certain furniture pieces! I definitely have felt like this is my new HOME.

Won’t correct noise issues and will raise your overpriced rent after your lease is up just to stay another year. Love the place besides that but getting a 5 bedroom for the same price as my 3 here.

The whole move-in process was so smooth! Erynn especially was a huge help throughout the whole process. We had a couple things that needed to be updated/fixed in our apartment that were handled almost immediately. We've been so impressed with the staff here - everyone has been so helpful so far!
