Retreat at Park Meadows is a decent apartment in a good location. My chief complaint is that this community advertises several amenities that do not exist or are out of service, such as an outdoor dog wash and outdoor hammock area which do not exist, and hot tub that's "open year-round" which it is not. While the apartments themselves have nice appliances and finishes, I think the community amenities could use some work.

Unfortunately for the last years is very badly, the gates be open all the time,the manager is rude,the pool is dirty and close all the time, soon my agreement due we moved out and make sure no one moved to here!

Rent is too expensive and the pool ids no longer open year round. Also, the hot tub has had issues, resulting in very little ability to use it.

So far so good! I moved in a few days ago. The apartment is clean. All seems to be in order here. Since the apartment a bit older than all of the new high rises being built on Park Meadows Drive (but no less beautiful) There is oodles of storage in the apartment and the rooms are big. I really like that.

My wife and I have been living here almost five years. Pros: 1.There is really not too much noise and you can enjoy the day and night very well without any noise around the complex. 2. The apartments feel private and the layouts are very nice. 3. Dog friendly neighborhood 4. Enough parking 5. The amenities are good. Cons. 1. Walls are not very thick so we can hear our neighbors when they sing or play instruments. This is not too bad. 2. Unfortunately the air vents are not private and you can smell the food that your nextdoor neighbor is cooking. 3. Even though it's a pet friendly community people in this complex are often afraid of our dog 4. Sometime you have to park your car very far away from your actual tower. 5. The pool and Jacuzzi in no longer open in the winter. Amazon drop boxes are now switched to a service called fetch that is horrible. The community app is now a joke. No incentive to use it anymore to gain points. It takes months to get a $10 dollar gift card.

This community has gone downhill very quickly and so suddenly. With the removal of the Amazon lockers (without any survey or ask of the people that live here), from the closing of the pool/hot tub area which used to be year round to the poor upkeep of the amenities, it’s really a shame. Tennis court net has been non-functional for months, door in the gym that doesn’t open and issues that should be fixed promptly are simply not. Time to move after so long of calling this place home, but it doesn’t feel like it anymore…

Overall, this has been an amazing community. there are pot holes that take a while to get fixed but otherwise no complaints

Little hard to get maintenance requests handled. We also tried to add a garage to our rent and never heard back on it. Front gate also doesn’t work. Okay now the good stuff, amenities are great! Location is very nice. Apartment is everything we wanted. Even with the few flaws we really enjoy it here!

I am so happy with my new home! The layout is very efficient with a lot of extra storage. The few little maintenance needs were addressed quickly and completely. I would recommend The Retreat to anyone looking for a place to rent!

Minus the 3 flight of stairs, our move here has been smooth. Everyone at the leasing office has been very helpful and friendly. I haven’t been able to formally meet our neighbors however my husband has and so far the community is very nice and welcoming. We have been enjoying our time so far.

Location is the reason we are here staying in this community. Management is not supportive. We had faced lot of issues when they started valet trash service. After even 2-3 months our next door neighbour was always keeping trash can and bags outside their apartment all the time, upon complaining several times leasing managers behaved very rudely and asked contacting Valet customer care. Even showing proof that Valet will not deal with situation and they were aksing to check with leasing office, they refused to intervene. It was very rude and bad experience we got from both leasing manageers. They should be immideatly trasnferred or monitored for their behaviour. Another issue if the 3rd floor. They should insulate the third floor, its very noisy even somone is walking on the floor. Families with kids should not recommend third floor apartments. I wil lnot recommend this community.

It’s a good community to live in. You have enough space for walking and indoor play area. It’s near to Lincoln station and the management is good.

I had the worst experience with the Retreat Apartment Leasing office staff and Manager. The Manager and staff will not listen to our concerns or problems that you face in the apartments. My advice to people is that better please do not talk to the office staff and Manager as they will not listen to your problems or concerns after you sign the lease.

We chose this place for a few reasons and none are in place any longer. Gate has not worked since March. Pool used to be open all year. Basketball court was supposed to be remodeled and nothing since March. The workout room has broken items that are never fixed. Force us to pay for curbside garbage when at least 2 times I put the garbage out and it was never picked up, so I don't use it anymore, but I pay for it.

Amazing neighborhood, apartment, and staff, unfortunately the public areas are not properly maintained. The gates are non functional, the hot tub and outdoor television and ceiling fans, the dog wash station and dog training equipment, and the gym with the basketball hoop, are all ... Barely functional.

Retreat at Park Meadows is one of the better communities I have come to know. They are paramount in taking care of their renters and ensuring a great environment for families that r a ise here. I have been here for 3 years and haven't had a single issue. Highly recommend!

The amenities are nice, but to use them, you have to be home, Monday through Friday between 10am -5pm. Sometimes the leasing office isn’t there on other days during those times. The apartment itself is ok.

Not satisfied at all , it seems no one checked the appartment before let us move in , washing machine not working , submitted maintenance request since 3 days and no one show up , cleaning terms come inside apartment without knocking door and wait till someone open to them , they said they forget some stuff and will come back but did not show up , and a lot of things more

Retreat at park meadows is the worst place we’ve ever lived. Management is negligent, rude, dishonest, and would rather hide in their office than help anyone. The complex is horrible and maintenance has no respect for people and their privacy.

I’ve been live at The Retreat at Park Meadows for 3 years and absolutely love it! The community is well situated to highways making it super convenient. The amenities are wonderful, offering a beautiful pool, outdoor dining w grills, fireplace and hot tub. Beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!
