Super easy process. Karen was a pleasure to work with. The application went smoothly and my move in date went over without a hitch. I would definitely recommend.
I love the location of the community. In less than 2 minutes I can be at a trailhead that goes on for miles. The staff is beyond amazing. The people I've met so far are awesome. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. So far completely happy.

I am impressed with Resort of cleanliness and upkeep. How quickly they fix pot holes and sidewalks. Especially how quiet it is here. The mail and Amazon pickup is easy excess area together.

Absolutely love the community here! Rent increase each year is not a lot and I’ve been here 3 years now. The pool could be updated a bit and much warmer.
The whole process from my initial visit to tour the property, the application process and the finalization of the lease went very smooth. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I'm excited to be a new resident!

We lived at the Resort for 3 years and it’s been a wonderful experience. Our neighbors are friendly, the maintenance team is top notch and the office team works hard to meet our needs. It’s a very special community.
I can’t say enough great things about this community—it truly deserves five stars! It’s quiet, clean, and incredibly peaceful, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by well-maintained homes. The staff are always warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve lived in at least four different units over time, and each experience has been consistently excellent. As long as I need apartment living, this will be my forever home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live!

The only place for me to live in Colorado Springs. A wonderful community. Quiet, beautiful with a great staff that's very responsive to needs or problems . Community activities every month to let residents socialize and get to know their neighbors. Community is well kept and communication is open. Love it here and highly recommend it.

The location is perfect for a professional. There are hiking trails nearby. The signing process went smoothly and I'm the newest happy resident!
Living in my apartment complex has been a highly positive experience overall, and I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars. The location is excellent, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making daily errands a breeze. The complex itself is well-maintained, with lush landscaping and clean common areas that contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. The amenities offered are a standout feature. The fitness center is modern and well-equipped, and the pool area is always kept clean and inviting. The on-site laundry facilities are convenient, though I wish they offered more machines during peak hours. One of the best parts is the friendly and responsive management team. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly, and they genuinely care about residents’ satisfaction. The neighbors are another highlight, as the community feels safe and inclusive. The building is quiet, and noise levels are minimal, allowing for a peaceful living environment.
One of the best places I've ever lived the scenery the environment the management everything is perfect in this day and age is hard to find I wish they were for sale but they are not so I'll be staying here for quite some time anyway
Probably some of the best homes in the city, beautiful grounds with extraordinary trees and wild animals drifting through. Fabulous floor plans and a very gracious and hard-working staff create some of the best apartment homes around. Far from the madding crowd, but with wonderful welcoming neighbors. Hard to imagine ever leaving.
Love this community! Great staff and maintenance, location, ambiance, upkeep, amenities, and interiors. It feels like a place where we all support one another.
I love my place the views are great and for the most part pretty quiet. Maitainance is great here never waited to get anything fixed and flexible with schedule. Office people are super nice as well. Unfortunately tho a few residents here are incredibly rude and disrespectful with their driving, almost hitting the back end of my truck pulling out of my garage and almost getting hit in the parking lot while out walking. Speed limit is 10 mph but people think this parking lot is the Indy NASCAR around here so not finding it a very safe place to walk around here with big risk of getting hit by a neighbor. One even laughed and thought it was funny almost hitting me while out waking. As far as I'm concerned this place would be a 10 if it wasn't for disgraceful people ruining it with their stupidity.
This is truly a peaceful, safe, and beautiful community to live in. I moved in last summer, and have never had a more pleasant apartment living experience. I would highly recommend The Resort at University Park to anyone.
We love how quiet it is up here! All the staff are kind, and the other residents are very friendly. The maintenance staff are very quick to respond to requests and are respectful while in our apt.
Ruben in the office I so very helpful, and is always eager to help me with whatever questions that I have. I also like how clean the gym and the clubhouse is.
Great location and staff. Apartment windows need a lot more insulation to keep out the cold drafts and the gym could use a makeover. Love ya, Phil.
I’ve had an apartment in this community since 2018. I’ve also lived in other apartment communities. I know that The Resort at University Park is the best Apartment community by experience.
I love my Resort! Everyone is friendly and it is so beautiful!!! A hidden gem. Year round hot tub is a huge plus! Monthly get togethers are a nice way to meet my neighbors.
I continue to be impressed with how things are taken care of. I really appreciate the walkways being shoveled so that trash can be picked up though trash service is not dependable even when there's no snow.
The Resort at University Park is a tucked away gem. It has a great staff, peaceful environment, spacious apartments, and well kept amenities!

I love living here. The ceilings are high and having private balconies is amazing. We’re right next to the mountains and the view is very very nice.

Love it! It feels like home. The walls are not paper thin, so you cannot hear the neighbors, which you do not find often in apartments. The staff is kind and happy to help, and the amenities are so nice!
Move in was easy and I had all the information and support I needed. It is a quiet and lovely area. I love the floorplan and the included garage. All the natural light me and my house plants need! The windows will benefit from insulating curtains though. I love everything about living here! Even the parking situation is great!
