Overall it is a good community to live at.The main concern we have here is our AC unit and there is always problems with the trash compactor.

Some days abuse of the compactor becomes annoying , but it only takes a very few folks to make it harder on all of the rest of us. Some of the abuse is from outsiders I am sure because the compactor is so close to the public street. I think management does all it can to minimize this problem , but I think it is likely not solvable 100% Everything else here is top notch!

We have had a great experience moving my parents into the Resort at Lake Crossing. Annette has been extremely helpful all along the way and the apartment is very nice. A few minor fixes when they moved in that were fixed in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service.

Mostly all good here. There are no problems with noise or vandalism. Maintenance is excellent. Maybe a little pricey but not outrageous. Parking is not perfect but again not too bad. You can do a lot worse at some other nearby complexes. This place is better!

Lake Crossing is a beautifully landscaped community with lots of mature trees and landscaping with the feel of colonial Williamsburg. It attracts young professionals who are very pleasant neighbors. I love my apt and its layout, but the rent is getting to a point as if this was a brand new apartment just built with new everything and it’s not. The staff is friendly, so far I have not have any issues with security.

Save yourself a lot of time & headaches by touring The Resort at Lake Crossing. After touring multiple apartment communities, placing a hold on another apartment & then backing out, we came across a listing for this community & couldn't be happier. The leasing staff (Malissa & Annette) are fantastic. They're very professional, down to earth & Miss Malissa worked diligently to get us approved & moved in very quickly. You don't view some model unit here & hope that's what your apartment really looks like. No surprises on move-in day!! At The Resort, you tour the actual apartment that you're going to move into. This apartment community is very well maintained & the floor plans here are fantastic!! Nice big, open floor plans with plenty of room & the size of the patios/balconies are very impressive. I could go on about this place for days!!

I simply cannot say enough great things about this place! Everything is over the top amazing! The grounds are well kept and beautiful. It is extremely well lit, safe, and quiet at night. They have video surveillance and security that patrols the grounds. Annette in the office is one of the most kind, funny, and professional people I have ever met! Have been very pleased with my residence here.The staff here is exceptional, always having timely resolves for any problem that may arise. Maintenance team is great, not only making repairs but also explaining the cause of problem & then they leave repair area clean. I am content!

Community is quiet; trash compactor is very easy to get to; office personnel is very helpful and courteous. They are very nice people.

Living here is a great option with the space you need, great management team, maintenance upkeep is great, the overall community rate is great with friendly neighbors and very pet friendly, quiet and safe neighborhood. I would recommend moving here! The pool and other amenities are amazing! It's off of 25/Richmond road and only 10 to 15 minutes depending traffic wise from downtown and two minutes away/walking distance from Jacobson Park! You get access to a lot of restaurants and retail stores within the area as well as a hospital right down the street. I have no complaints. Staff and management is super friendly and cares about its customers and the community! Space is right!
