The Residences on High Street is a great place to live. The staff is professional, responsive, and personable. Many excellent restaurants are within a few minutes walking distance. The Desert Ridge Marketplace Shopping Center is just next door. The Mayo Clinic is less than two miles away providing easy access to world class medical care. Virtually everything one needs is within a few minutes of the Residences.

Great location for food and entertainment but complex has aged and management/ownership don’t seem to be in any hurry to keep up or renovate. Complex can be on the noisy side but units are built solid. Technology is way behind other properties and could use a big upgrade like electronic locks, wifi thermostats, and cameras. I get the feeling Management spends as little as possible to keep property going. Also billing is a little suspect with a lot of hidden charges in month bill.

When I told the front office about it, they so far have only energy to make excuses as to why the gate isn’t fixed. I’m still waiting for somebody to utter any thing that sounds like concern for a tenants property here. I confirm also the property management is not at all keeping up with required maintenance. The Jacuzzi did not work for the first eight months and the security gate has not worked for one single day.

Hi, We regret to hear that you had an unfortunate experience with your vehicle being stolen and am happy to know that the vehicle was recovered. We have been doing increased surveillance and sending out advisories to residents on best practices to secure their vehicles in the interim until the high speed gate is repaired in the coming week. The Jacuzzi is being maintained and has been in operation. As with any water based amenity the specialized equipment such as pumps and heaters can fail however we have been diligent in doing the preventative and replacement maintenance. Please feel free to contact the leasing office to address any concerns you may have.
Maintenance of the property has gone from good to poor over the last year when rents have never been higher. Basic cleaning and maintenance is not getting done. It appears that they have drastically cut the maintenance budget with no care or concern for residents.

Hi there, I would like to get some more details about your experience with us. Please contact the office at 480-585-8047 so we can get a better understanding of the concerns you have. We have made a concerted effort to do our routine cleans of all the common areas at the scheduled times. However if a resident has an accident outside of those times and we were not made aware then it should be caught at the next opportunity to clean or before if a resident puts in a service request or calls the office.
Definitely mixed feelings on living here. Property is getting very dated and rents are top dollar. Amenities are not kept up to working order. Location is fantastic and inside unit maintenance is very quick and responsive. I would definitely explore my options before renewing my lease.

This property was great until Greystar took over. Since this occurred, things have gone downhill. We have not had a working security garage gate for a year. There have been multiple cars broken into. Four vehicles have had their catalytic convers stolen. Their response to this issue is to put a sign up that says 'Residential Parking'. Wonderful deterrent. We have not had a working spa for a year. They say it is fixed, but it still does not work properly. One of the two elevators has been broken for a year. They have raised the rent and added several additional fees that seem to nickel and dime residents, yet they don't seem to be using any of this additional income to fix things. They have not followed through on the upgrades that were promised in the courtyard. So it seems that they are just pocketing all of this extra money. Beware, they claim to be luxury, but as of the last year, it certainly does not seem that way.

Grey star are nice people until you let them know you’re non renewing your lease for hundreds more with no added value and they put on a different face and want to turn all the money screws to you before you leave. Been here 2 years and they can’t get the Jacuzzi to work and or the garage gate to work

The Residences on High Street used to be a great place to live but the overall property maintenance has gone from very good to poor. COVID or we didn’t know appears to be the excuse for everything that doesn’t get done for months or sometimes years. The current situation screams of management not wanting to spend money to make repairs at the cost of residents safety and convenience.

We have lived here for nearly 10 years and consider it home. The building is really well designed and well constructed although it's beginning to require more maintenance with age. Our unit is spacious with high ceilings and large windows - seems newer than it actually is. New management is gradually updating things and we look forward to many more years here.
