Property Ratings at The Residences of Orland Park Crossing
My daughter and I were unfortunately displaced due to a fire in my home. I found The Residences of Orland Park and fell in love just seeing it online. With my insurance reps help she was able to land a 4 month lease with them which is close to impossible to get. I came to meet with Danielle and I could not say enough about her. How amazingly kind, understanding and accommodating she was. Not only did she bring me to the potential property that was open I was also shown the high end amenities they have for residents. I truly feel spoiled being here!! To feel this way after all that has happened just shows in itself how wonderful the residents, staff and all around presence The Residences of Orland Park carries. We feel at home here and honestly might be just a tad upset when our home is ready to go back to! I can not put into words how thankful I am to this little community for all they have done for us. I will remember the joy you brought my daughter and I in such a dark place forever and always. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU RESIDENCES OF ORLAND PARK

Hi, thank you so much for the positive review! We are so glad we could welcome you home to OPC. Thank you for being amazing residents for the OPC community thus far. We wish you positive days ahead as you traverse this difficult situation with your home damages. We are here for you!
We recently relocated from out of state and are very happy renting from Orland Park Crossing. We are in one of the townhomes and are enjoying the many conveniences around the complex. The residence is lovely with plenty of space. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is responsive and does a great job. The location has everything you need close by, lots of restaurants, grocery store in the same complex and walking distance from the 143rd Metra stop. We love it here!

We appreciate your positive review about your recent move in experience with us! We are always here to assist and hope you can enjoy many beautiful seasons with us at OPC.
Everything went so smooth from my application process to move-in! Michelle and Joe made me super comfortable from the get-go. So happy here!
The Resudences of Orland Park Crossing looks like a great community. It?s beautiful and well maintained. The proximity to the Metra train is a huge plus for me. I would recommend the complex to others.
Staff is wonderful. Home is nice but not worth the price. We built/bought a three bedroom townhouse and our mortgage is the same price as our rent for a one bedroom apartment.
I most definitely would. The staff is been beyond helpful with helping me to find a home here
I would recommend OPCA (Orland Park Crossing Apartments) to family and friends, it a family oriented environment and the staff is awesome and living conditions are great.
The residents need to be trained on use of the trash room. Some residents are slobs. A few throw their trash all over the trash room.
I don't know about other apartment options in the area, but $2,180 per month for a 2 bedroom apartment is on the expensive side.
The bathtub in our apartment is a death trap for people in there 70s, it?s deep to step in and out of!we really have to be so careful, we have a shower chair, but cannot set in the tub because we can?t get up! Even with the bars on the walls, I also miss a kitchen table to sit at, no room just a counter bar to eat on,it?s a pretty place, but if we have to move it will be because of the tub! And no kitchen table.q

I love everything about this community.. I love the staff the cleanliness and I also like the convenientiness of the shopping centers and the quitiness. I love the apartment, townhome and roadhouse layout ..
There was some detriment to the location of the complex - so close to Route 45 and Granite City noise and odors.
Multiple reasons why I would recommend; between the useful (no wasted space) layout options, the amenities (and their upkeep), the finishes (well appointed), the location and the community has a more family like atmosphere which fits our needs perfectly.
The office staff is great. They are top notch, professional, and very organized. They were a very big help, and I would recommend anybody that I know.
This is a higher-end, safe community, with great amenities. We enjoy the community events, in which we get an opportunity to interact with other residents on a more social basis.
It is a great place to live. I wish people were more courteous with their garbage in the trash rooms. Not so lazy to walk to a further trash bin!
Cost is high, although in line with the area. I enjoy living here, the diversity and how safe we feel.
Well kept. Feel safe and secure. Friendly environment.
Maintenance isn't an issue, but the kids running amok w/o supervision is at times. I also didn't appreciate the midnight basketball game last month. I also think tenants need to put away their garbage/recycling cans on no garbage days.
We would recommend Residences of Orland to our family and friends because the apartment community is diverse. The unit is accommodating to families (not too small and not too big). The Club-House facility gives you an away from home or Resort like feel. The community is very clean and the property is maintained very well. Also, the community is in the center of Orland's Business/Retail District and everything we need is within walking distance.
I would recommend this to someone looking to move to the suburbs that wants a great location & nice looking apartment.
Overall our experience has been great, there's not a lot that I think most people would notice (many of the details I notice but I think others might not)
Still new, will have to see how the property maintains its cleanliness and customer service
Management is friendly and prompt facilities are new and in good shape building and apartments are beautiful
