Property Ratings at The Residences at Rivermark
This is an above average apartment complex that is easily the best Baton Rouge has to offer. Includes a very updated and high-quality interior that you’d find in decent cities such as Houston, Dallas or San Antonio, and is very difficult to find in Baton Rouge. A large portion of the price is the view overlooking downtown Baton Rouge, but the problem is Baton Rouge is an ugly city with not much to look at but petroleum factories and Tiger stadium in the distance. Were the prices not so inflated and decreased by maybe $100 overall this would be a 5/5 star rating.
I've lived at the Rivermark for two weeks. I still literally gasp when I see the sunsets from my apartment. Tonight, I had dinner on my balcony. I felt like I was vacationing in a real city. Rivermark offers the very best of Baton Rouge. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love living here.
Toured this apartment with Samantha and I was impressed with the entire community. The Location is amazing with spectacular views of the river and the entire city. The size of the rooms and closet space is unmatched. The quality of the interior design is amazing. Large Closet Space, Huge Living Area , Balcony with Views , and Amazing Mirrors with Plenty of Bathroom Space. LOVE THE PROPERTY . 10/10 RECOMMEND
