Too many issues with noisy neighbors and management inaction to enjoy anymore. Was a nice place at first but has gone drastically downhill since covid.

I have been living here for several years and think it's the best apartment building in Chicago. Very convenient with easy access to Mariano, pharmacies and other necessities, which is especially important during this pandemic time.

The building is amazing, great amenities and very clean. It is not all 20somethings partying at all hours and is geared towards working adults or families which is what I wanted. I hope it contintues to be a real community.

The management of The Residences of New City is highly responsive to the residents needs and concerns. The Pet friendliness is so much appreciated also! The front desk staff are so nice also. I appreciate a familiar face each time I need my package or forget my apartment key and I so much appreciate their dependability!
