I've been so pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here at The Residences at James Place. I've only been here a couple weeks, but Courtney, Raven Josh have taken care of any small issues immediately. I'm impressed with the cleanliness of the property, and the lack of noise. I live at the Residence at the James. I moved in July 2023. Courtney and Raven made the transition very easy and were so helpful. Upon moving into this new build there were just 2 minor electrical issues which Josh Maintenance resolved the same day. The place is beautiful new build , and the walks and drives are clean with a 2-car garage attached to each apartment. It is one story with no one above or below. I never hear my neighbors. When I do see a neighbor while I am walking my dog, they are all so nice and friendly. Trash is picked up on Mondays via individual garbage cans so no unsightly trash bins. Recycling offered. The location is just minutes away from Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, fast food, gas, and restaurants. Dental and MDs are close mins. as well as Urgent Care. Downtown Canal Winchester has quaint little antique shops, a diner, and Harvest Moon supplements Cafe. About 1 2 mile there is a Church and a METRO Park with walking trails. Doggy Day cares are close by as well as VETS. Brewery and pubs, gyms and YMCA are all close by. The area is an Oasis and all your needs will be met by the community. Access to 33 and I70 is about 10 mins. I love living here and the one-story concept. Great choice for singles or families. You will not regret it A Great Place to Live

I stopped in to see a couple different layouts and was greeted by Courtney and Raven. They were both so friendly and answered all of my questions. The apartments were spacious, clean and brand new, I loved everything I saw! The clubhouse was warm and inviting and the coffee bar is a huge perk.

After owning a home for years, I found myself in transition, needing to rent for some time. Going from a house to an apartment was difficult, but finding a spacious apartment that feels more like a house made it a bit easier. The two car garage provided the space I needed to keep the things I'll need when I'm ready to purchase again. The move-in process was easy, with property management staff taking care of setting up cable, water, trash and electric accounts. The resident app makes payments and review of charges simple. Maintenance and staff on site are available and helpful when needed, easily contacted by text, email, call or visit. The area is convenient with easy access to Columbus, Canal Winchester, Pickerington and Reynoldsburg. The units seem well insulated and layed out in a way that offers quiet- my neighbors and I don't hear each other through walls, and we both have dogs. The dog-friendly environment is what attracted me in the first place- pet stations throughout and a nice, clean dog park. My dog looks forward to daily walks to the leasing office for treats, and I look forward to them for the Starbucks drinks (free to residents) and fun banter back and forth with the office staff and newfound friends. Regularly scheduled activities for residents that include food and drinks are a great way to meet new neighbors and socialize, without getting in the car!

This property is so beautiful, and well kept! The modern design of the apartments, with nice appliances is a nice upgrade. Not to mention the dog park, and coffee machine are incredible perks. Also, they have a resident police officer who we see out from time to time, great benefit! The best part? The incredible team of consisting of Courtney, Raven, and Josh. Best apartment management and crew I've ever experienced. Trust me you'll see!

I came in to view and edge water 2 and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and look of James place. It was so wonderfully kept and beautiful to look at, not to mention the staff! Raven was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the floor plans I had questions about and was eager to show me floor plans that fit my needs. The best option in the area! New apartment community that I’ve been watching be built and am very impressed with.
