Property Ratings at The Residences at Crosspoint
I've lived here for over a year, and it's been decent but nothing special. The good: quiet place, haven't needed any repairs, haven't had any issues with packages getting delivered. Kitchen is spacious with good cabinet space. The not so good: issues with parking in outdoor lot and in the first few weeks I moved here, someone had all 4 wheels stolen off their car when it was parked in the outdoor lot. Electric is very pricey, I pay more here for a 2bd, 1k sqft apartment than I did for a 2-level, 2800 sqft home. Nothing really around, you have to drive everywhere. Gym is fairly large but equipment is limited/broken. Overall, their rent prices are going up and it doesn't make much sense when there are other more affordable options that are more convenient to Boston, in a more walkable area, better floor plans, and the same amenities.

Great place, clean, well maintained. Quick response from maintenance. Management easily available. Pretty soundproof besides the front door to hallway. The kitchen is useable, but the kitchen sink is too tiny, probably my biggest issue. Bathroom is large. Bedroom is suffcient for Queen beds or smaller. Some people’s pets can be a nuisance but that isn’t the fault of the property.

Thanks a ton for the amazing review! Our Residences at Cross Point team is thrilled to hear about your incredible experience at our community!
Overpriced water bill and electric bill. Be prepared to pay $400+ for electric and atleast another $100+ for water every month. The walls are thin and you can hear neighbors conversations above you and in the hallways. The only pros are that are the apartments are new and maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner.
Worst place to live, I had very bad experience with the place.
From when we started calling around looking for a new apartment to when we moved into Crosspoint, management has been so friendly and welcoming and we couldn’t be happier! Stafford and Katie were so patient when I requested to spend extra time in the (potential) apartment, taking videos and so many measurements, to ensure things fit to my liking. They never made me feel rushed when I had (100) questions or when I came in for paperwork. Stafford was so personable and a pleasure to talk to. They’ve very quick to respond to emails and accommodating when we had some paperwork requests/changes. I’m so excited to use all the amenities that are offered here. Our pup already LOVES the dog park, and I’m giddy just thinking about using a parking garage for all of winter! The apartments are spacious and the features are great! My favorites are our walk in closet, central air, and in unit washer and dryer. Overall, it’s the best apartment and move in experience I’ve ever had - I would highly recommend!
