The area is really nice and I never have to worry about my safety which is a huge relief. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and any requests I’ve had have always been answered in a timely manner. My family and I love this place. It felt like home from day one. It's always clean, The amenities are top-notch and the staff is super helpful and nice. It's a great place to bring your family. My favorite parts are the pool, the 24/7 gym and the scenic hidden barbeque. (You'll know which one when you see it :))

My family and I just moved in earlier this month. The management has been very helpful and friendly. During the leasing process, Bryan and Kaylin very understanding and on top of reaching out with updates and/or concerns. The whole team rocks. We really like living here for our two small kiddos, the on ground play yard and pool really tire them out. Beautiful community park and gas station walkable from my specific unit. Neighbors are nice and friendly. I've lived in some pretty rough spots in southeast/city heights so hearing no sirens or gang activity or even just reckless violence/behavior is so refreshing. Amenities and the property in general are always so clean and put together.

Management does not respond to accommodations. Rent does not match the area. The apartment building is always smelling like marijuana. The maintenance crew is awesome.

0/10 would NEVER recommend. 1. Poorly insulated so there no peace and quiet in your own home. 2. 95% of the residents have dogs and they neglect to clean up after them. 3. There are multiple "annual inspections" throughout the year and you're not given the option to deny permission for maintenance to enter if you're not at home. Notices are taped on your door just a couple days prior to these "inspections" so if you're out of town, there is no way of knowing strangers are accessing your home (unless you have a ring camera). Highly recommend installing cameras in the home to monitor your personal belongings for this reason.

We have been here for almost 2 months and so far everything has been great! The office staff are really nice and very helpful. The Maintenance staff is really great as well. I love how clean the property is as well. Unlike some other properties we have lived in, this property is quite. So far we have loved it here!

I love the drive to the Cota Vera community. I feel that the speed and roads are minimizing danger and accidents. This helps to relieve stress. What a special place to live. It is full of activities and good food near by. Neighbors are respectful and kind. A convenience store and gas station, is an added plus.

Great experience living at the Residences at Cota Vera, Great location, Apartment quality, Amenities, staff and customer service. They also host events for our community where I've had the opportunity to interact with neighbors and have a good quality time with my family.

Love it here the only unfortunate thing i would mention is parking. It’s annoying having to do get off at 10pm and parking in the home residences.

Very clean, quiet and nice community. Excellent location and amenities. Resident Portal/Office could do a better job of updating work requests with comments or just general updates as work is completed or pended. Overall, very happy.

Great apartment community and is quiet! Maintenance and leasing staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the physical construction of the apartments and that they are maintained.

Peaceful , love the convenience of play area , mall , grocery stores. Certain things that family can get to without the need of driving too far to get to it . Great community glad I chose to live here.

Been here at The Residences at Cota Vera 2 years getting ready to go in my third years at the same place. The experience here has been very good. Easy access to various stores and malls. Plan on being here for some years to come.

To many issues. Unnecessary noise at a late hour to where it’s hard to sleep though, the smell of weed morning and night when it is an no smoking residents and to many lost packages have occurred to where we no longer order anything because we dont know if we will receive it or not.

Since we’ve been here, everything has been really smooth and stress free. It’s really quiet and peaceful. My dog and girlfriend love the dog park and the other amenities!

Love the staff and community! Very fast assistance and very accommodating. We found everything we are looking for! The only down side is the school for the kids. All nearby school are full and you might get transferred into different school within the district. Hope they resolve this problem in the future!

I moved here in June and so far I have no complaints. The staff has been friendly and helpful. The property is well kept and the neighbors seem to be very friendly. My dogs love the spacious dog park across the street and an awesome new park for kids of all ages to enjoy. It is a quiet neighborhood and I feel fairly safe here.

I been living here at The Residences of Cota Vera, and I love it here. Even the commute to work is heavy traffic, is not an issue. I can't wait until everything is completely finished. The resident will be even nicer.

I’m super happy with this community. Everything is super clean & quiet. I did have an issue at move in with my AC unit and maintenance was over fixing it within the hour. Plenty of parking which is a plus. Overall I have no complaints.
