We applied and had to pay security deposit with application. Now, even though we never had a signed lease, they refuse to refund security deposit since we decided not to move there.

I live in brookledge commons which are both apartments and condos that are often rented as apartments. The buildings themselves are OKay. Currently the main doors to all the buildings look like garbage. They took off the kick plate at the bottom of the door and you can see mass amounts of rust on the doors. They have been sitting like that for over a month and we finally got a note saying they are looking into replacing them. Its hard to review the inside as its a condo I am renting so there is comparison to the other units as they are all different owners.
This is my first "condo" and I am impressed with the upgrades and amenities. From the appliances, floor plan, and vaulted ceilings, the building and surrounding areas are immaculate. The rental company is on top of any and all issues that arise. The location is also a perk as you are a 5 minute drive away from grocery stores, restaurants and other entertainment. Downtown Cuyahoga Falls is also extremely close so you never miss out on the events there.
