I have lived here for a few years and I don’t have any intentions on moving. The units are cozy but spacious, the neighborhood is active but safe, and the Staff is accommodating and friendly. Daniel, the property manager, and Myia, the assistant property manager are always so pleasant and take pride in taking care of the residents. I went to Daniel with a question about the carpet starting to come up in my apartment and he went above and beyond by having the carpet replaced. The building maintenance men were also incredibly kind by helping me move some larger items that were too heavy for me. I highly recommend The Residences at 668 to everyone looking to live downtown.

I enjoy living here. The building is huge but it's quiet. My apartment is spacious with lovely windows and high ceilings. Khristen R. was a pleasure to work with when I was looking for my new home and she made the move in as painless as it could be (moving sucks). I was a little worried at first, because I am not in my 20s or 30s, and thought I would be out of place. Walking through the building, I have come across many people of all ages. There are restaurants in the building and a gym on site so you don't have to walk outside. There are a couple of reasons I didn't give a 5-star rating and they are not controllable (or maybe they are?). The elevators on the Prospect side are extremely slow and there have been times where there was a fishy, garbage smell. I have seen restaurant workers take their garbage down to the basement, so I am guessing that's where the smell is coming from. The other issue is maintenance of the main areas. Like I said, this building is huge so it must be torture to keep it up, but there were some recent holiday weekends where the entrances/hallways had trash, bottles, etc. littered throughout and they weren't touched for days. I understand the building is not responsible for tenants and their dirty friends and I don't mind picking up some stuff and tossing it, I was just bothered that the garbage was sitting there for a couple of days. Despite these issues, I do plan on living here for awhile because the pros far outweigh these cons.

I love this place..... Best buy downtown by far... the building, the location, the complete staff are all top notch....Don't waste your time anywhere else....
