This property is great, very clean and I had no problems living here. Also want to say the new management team is amazing. They make sure they handle everything as quickly as they can. One of the workers janae is so nice and understanding.
They don’t like to fix things and cars are always getting broken into

This place has been through a lot of different management companies. But the current manager/assistant manager will do everything they can to help. While they can’t stop the smoking or whatever they do stick by what they say. Everybody has a different opinion but if you talk to them they will come up or at least try to come up with a solution to whatever the situation is and work with you. I personally would like to thank Jodie and JaNae for everything! You guys are the best!
If you don’t mind smelling cigarettes and weed smoke throughout your apartment then this is the place for you. The scent will even be in your clothes. Your energy bill will be extremely high because the installation is terrible. It’s hot in the summer and cold during winter. Spend your money elsewhere and not here! Trust the reviews!
The management is the worst they lie and say their going to fix things but NEVER do. There’s a serious trash issue that’s going to cause the complex to be ran over with rodents they don’t have enough dumpsters here. There’s a huge problem with mold and mildew and water damage which they do nothing about, everything is out of date stove, refrigerator, light fixtures, faucets etc. This place should be condemned and remodeled and ran by a different company that care about the community…
They are terrible they don’t fix anything. Almost every week is something wrong I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here.
Never in my life have I moved into an apartment that was half way done!!! I tried my best to think positively about this apartment community prior to moving here even after I saw that the reviews are terrible. Due to time restraints, I had no choice but to sign a lease here. Upon moving in there were a number of things broken in the apartment that either needed to be repaired or fixed. I never understood how a management company would be proud to allow a new resident to move into a unit with no AC/Heating system operable. I've been blamed by maintenance and Ashley who is the Property manager (who also is NEVER on the property) that I would be fined if maintenance had to continue coming out for the same issue - which by the way the issue was never an issue that I created. This apartment hasn't been maintained since the prior resident lived here. Since living here I have had to come out of pocket myself to repair Outlets/Plugs, Light Fixtures, and Door Locks. Unacceptable! Please do better by the residents of this community.
I moved in and my unit was not ready and I kept getting different excuses and My apartment still not done and I feel they don’t care. Terrible Management for the amount of rent I’m paying for like why is rent so high and nothing gets fixed or no sense of urgency to complete things that should have been done before a tenant moves in.
Visited the main office and the staff was very friendly but their helpfulness is non-existent. Showed me a unit that I was very interested in. They said they would email me the paperwork and never did. They were supposed to tell me when the unit was ready to be toured, never did. I had asked about handicap availability and was made assurances about helping in that regard. Contacts them this morning only to learn that they rented the unit. Then also renigged on the promises regarding handicap assistance. I would definitely not recommend these folks to anyone. If this is the kind of treatment I receive as a perspective renter, no telling what kind of treatment I get after signing a lease.

I’ve only lived in my apartment for 16 days!!!! I move in on the 17th and there was a fire on the 3rd in the apartment downstairs and it ruined my apartment and guess what?? That was 3 weeks ago and not one thing had been done to fix any of the apartments! I’ve been at a hotel since the fire thank god I had renters insurance because I was told at the office that corporate is not willing to move anyone to a new apartment and get this, I still have to pay rent for an apartment that I CANT LIVE IN BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT FIXED IT! This is ridiculous and oh the best part about it is my apartment filled with smoke and not once did my fire alarms go off so I almost died in my apartment and the guy downstairs might have caught the fire in time if his fire alarms went off but they didn’t and we could have gotten out before taking in as much smoke as we did if they worked but they didn’t. And I have videos and pictures of all of it as well as the statement from the fire department that the fire alarms did not operate. So if you wanna move here good luck but don’t expect them to do anything for you guys. Only good thing about this place is the girls in the office and the two maintenance guys are really nice. But it takes more than that to get a good rating. And in case you don’t believe this review look at the photos you’ll see all the damage in my apartment and the smell is even worse inside.

I came to apply and got approved the same day. I went to tour the apartment and it can use some cleaning but nothing I can’t handle. I read the reviews before coming here and they are very up and down but my experience was pretty pleasant! Melissa helped me and was on top of things which I really appreciated. The apartments on the inside are not perfect but nothing a little bleach can’t fix. If you’re looking for a place to move that is reasonably priced and comfy this is a good place NOT perfect but definitely doable.

Do not move here!!! I repeat do not move here!!! I am a new resident here and I wish I never signed that lease before I saw my apartment. The property management is very poor and slow when it comes to fixing things. I’ve only been here for three days and my back door is broken. I moved in Monday and was told that it would be fixed and replaced with a new door on the next day and here it is going on Thursday and it’s still not fixed. Also there are a lot of things that are not working and things that are broken that needs to be fixed. I have went to the office asking for a move in check-list for three days now so I can notify them of all the things that were poorly done and of all the things that are not done and each day I go, I get the same answer, come back tomorrow we can’t find it and we don’t know where the checklist papers are. Now this is getting out of hand because if the city came out to inspect my apartment they would more than likely say it failed in inspection code. Not to mention the day we were supposed to move in after paying our deposit we were told to wait to move in because they were just installing the carpet. Now how can you assign an apartment and take rent money when it was not even ready to begin with? They are so desperate for movers they’ll have you sign a lease and the whole time your apartment is not up to par and in good standards. They said the old management team were replaced and their now the new management team, well I think they need to be fired as well! If you want to move to an apartment where they are more money hungry than actually caring about the tenants and their apartments being up to good standards than move here but if you want to move somewhere where the property actually cares and fixes the things that should’ve been fixed before moving in than do not move here take your money elsewhere. All they do is give you the runaround, their so unprofessional!
