I have been living here for 3years. They have great and helpful office staff, who are extremely responsive. Any time I need maintenance they come within 24hours to resolve my issue.

Wish my rent was lower, but otherwise a good place to live.
Affordable, friendly office staff, and maintenance is always right of top of any needs. There's also a pool which is awesome, and friendly furry pets are allowed.
Everyone here snitches on someone. They have aggressive cats surrounded by my car that attack my dog. They raised the rent $200 before we were even here a full year. People drive fast and almost cause wrecks. They do inspections probably once a month and I had 3 men just come into my apartment before I could even open my door for them. I’ve never lived in an apartment like this one.

I lived in the Townhouses here for 2 years and it was a terrible experience the whole time. The rent used to be cheap and now it is as much as any other basically new townhouse. They are very old and there are constant problems. Had to have floors replaced 3 times due to them rotting out and the ceiling leaked in multiple places. Stay away, find somewhere you can enjoy living.

The administrative staff is the best.They have been very accommodating and has gone the extra mile to make sure our stay at the Residences is a pleasant one. The apartments are conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants and the Airborne Parkway 60 seconds away so it is incredibly easy to get around. The maintenance staff is friendly and efficient and maintenance requests are answered in a timely manner.
I've been here 2 years. They have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. They are slowly re-doing the apartments as the long term tenants move out, such as putting down new floors and putting in new cabinets. There is a pool and it's nice but the playground is a swing and slide. The maintenance is great and will get things done usually the day you call. The front office is very nice and I have always felt welcomed to come to them with anything. The apartments are on Fort Campbell Blvd where there's a ton of stuff and literally across the street from Walmart and Starbucks. The rent is more expensive than the apartment is worth but I think it's because of the location.
Dogs off the leash small children complains turned in nothing done about it. Neighbors harassing others nothing done about it. You can break any rules and get away with it!
