Our experience was smooth and positive throughout. Nikole was exceptionally helpful, responding promptly to our emails and addressing all of our questions with clarity. The transition process was seamless, and this level of service truly provides reassurance for us as tenants.
Into my first week at the residences and have had nothing but a perfect experience! It’s so quiet and everyone is so nice and really is as peaceful as a hotel would be! Excited for my future here!
Wish trash areas were easier to access. The community otherwise is set up well. I love my apartment. I do think it would be nice to have so signs in the garage area for door exits and where the elevator is at.
This is a very comfortable living space. I really appreciate the tall ceilings, the stainless steel kitchen with a large pantry. Nice and close to parks and walking trails, a great family friendly community.

Bear Tree Residences has been great thus far, aside from a few quality issues within our home. I wanted to give 4.5 stars for this, because it's nothing major and I understand that issues arise with new builds, but there have been enough that I'm willing to knock back a star. Maintenance has been great and management has been wonderful!
Great location, right off of HWY 51 for easy access to Madison. Safe, family-friendly neighborhood. Quick-responding and nice managers and maintenance requests. I have a good view. A community area or gym would be a nice addition.
The landlords here at Beartree are lovely. They feel more like family than money hungry landlords. I feel like they sincerely care about the property, the individual apartments, and the family of tenants that live here. I think that they are proud of the Beartree property that they represent. It's one of the best places we've ever lived at! Staff are tentative about any issues that arise, making the move-in process easy for us. The dog park on location is extremely beneficial to our pups and allows them to socialize with other dogs. The area is perfect as it is so easy to access all of Dane County but also has that small-town feel.
Nice community, beautiful townhouses. Quiet and clean. Well maintained with mowing and snow removal. Has small dog park. Management is ok but is attentive.
I LOVE this place. The management is amazing, they stay on top of things and fix issues with haste. If they ever made my apartment a condo, I'd buy it in a heart beat!
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, a great place to trust your children to play outside. The management team is always friendly, available and helpful.
My husband and I Moved in on July 2024 I like this apartment very much. We have a big bathroom everything inside is brand new and I like the wood floor it’s easy to clean up and I like the washer and dryer very much. We have one underground parking lot it’s very convenient for us in winter time. I highly recommend this place good atmosphere and good neighbors. The manager is very nice If you have any problem or concern about something just leave a message and they’ll get back to you.
My experience here at Residence at Bear Tree has been great! Being the first tenant to move-in while the property was still under construction was an experience. I’ve seen this community grow from scratch and filled with some great tenants.
This is the first time that I've lived in an apartment and I love it! The building is brand new and is kept clean, my neighbors are nice and for the most part it's quiet. I recently had a maintenance request which I sent out in the morning and by the time that I got home from work, my repairs were completed!
Responsive towards tenants needs and are attentive to complex cleanliness. With vinyl flooring, sound from upper level may resonate to lower level tenants when walking.
Cost to benefit is very fantastic. Currently splitting a 2 bedroom with a roommate. Although having to pay all utilities is not ideal pricing is still fairly good in today’s market. Brand new rooms with great views. Very clean and setup is easy. Underground parking for one vehicle and outside for the other. Overall very satisfied with choice.
