Nice complex with friendly staff, responsive maintenance, and great amenities.
We have been here for a little over a year and I can’t begin to explain how happy we are! Apartments are upgraded, landscaping is well maintained, and pool is exquisite! Maintenance staff, led by Jim is on top of everything. With all that being said, The Office staff is like family. The manager, Valerie is so nice and great to work with. Most of all the 3 Musketeers (lol) Raven, Lindsey, and Tristan are the nicest most hardworking people you could ever meet!!! Needless to say I will be renewing my lease!!! Thanks Guys!!!!!!
I had until the end of the day on Dec. 21 to have access to my apt. I was out on the 20th, good thing. I went to finish cleaning and take pictures to protect myself from wrong. As I said, needed in to finish cleaning, take pics and leave keys, unfortunately I could not access the apartment as my locks were changed a day early. If you choose to rent here, do not trust the ladies, in the office, with your back turned. As long as you are facing them, they will smile in your face, if they even smile but I would back out of the office when leaving. The property has gone downhill in the 3 years I was there. There has not been a single improvement in that timeframe. There is so much rotten wood covered with new paint. New paint on stairs even though they are crumbling. There is dog crap everywhere and not to mention the 2 shootings. The front gates rarely close. But if you like it, enjoy!
I moved here with my family 2 years ago, this month. We have been very happy here at Harper's Point! The office staff are such a fabulous group of people, and they make everyone feel so welcome. I've never lived anywhere this pet friendly, it really warms my heart. Anyone who loves their pets knows that they ARE our family too... So, the amount of love and generosity given to our fur babies means a lot to me. Not to mention the treats and the gifts that they have for them in the office! Jim and his maintenance crew are top notch and go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of efficiently in and around the complex. I'm pretty sure my dog wants to join Jim and the crew. Lol When I'm walking around, I feel safe here. To me, that's a big deal. If you're thinking about Harper's, and you're new to the area, I highly recommend them. This place really does feel like home.
We've lived here over 6 years and love it! The staff is always super nice and helpful with anything we need. It's quiet and convenient to everything. We love all of the new updates too!
My husband and I have lived here for over 8 years and we love it. We feel safe because it is a gated community and the office personnel is exceptional. They are very friendly, welcoming and make you feel like family.
I have lived here for 1 year and my dog and I feel at home. It’s a family oriented place and it’s very safe! Beautiful landscaping and the pool is awesome!!!! My favorite is the office staff Valerie Lindsey and Raven and now also Tristan!!! They are fantastic! So nice and caring. Maintenance is always on top of everything and Jim makes sure it’s done with care! I recommend moving here!!!!!

I stayed at Harper’s Point for a little over a year and I can easily say it’s the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! The grounds are kept clean and I always feel safe walking around the complex. The maintenance and front office staff are always so friendly and helpful, and I love the events they put on! From shaved ice in the summers to their 12 days of giveaways in the winter, it always made it feel like I was a part of a little community! You also can’t beat the location, the apartments are so close to everything you could possibly need. My 1 bedroom apartment had nice vinyl floors, up-to-date counters and lighting, and huge windows. The screened in porch was lovely to sit out and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about bugs. I would’ve definitely renewed my lease had I not found a home with my partner, 10/10 would recommend Reserve at Harper’s Point! ??
I moved here right out of college and have no regrets. When my family visited, they all said “I wish my first apartment was this nice.” My roommate and I love the property and the staff. My only complaint is that the buildings are very old and some things need to be replaced (the windows). But the maintenance crew is very helpful and are at my door with in a couple hours of my call. I love that management does events around the year. They bring in food trucks and have movie nights on the tennis court in the summer.
1st interaction with a pleasant leasing Agent went well: pet policy 2dogs, no aggressive breds, leash required, non-smoking community, gated. 2d interaction w/Mgt, didn't get a good vibe from her at all. Asked about review where resident complained thst her payments was misapplied 4x and Mgr tried to make it sound like it was the tenant's fault, yet her assistant mgr was fired (theft of funds according to other residents & they confirmed it happened to them too. I did a walk through of community & meet people who currently live there)and the Mgr didnt accept any responsibility. They don't have online bill pay, instead you're supposed to give them your bank acct info and they manually pull rent from your bank account. Found out dependent on circumstances can 3dogs or more, german shepherds, and noticed people were walking multiple dogs off leash. In front of the clubhouse is a hotel that you can just walk across parking lot to get to & their transient patrons have easy access to the property since it is not fenced in and only has a gate on road but the rest of the community is wide open to anyone who to walks onto property..because it is Not enclosed. Also, the hotel people mistake property entrance versus hotel entrance, per current residents. These apartments are Old and on the third floor they allow residents to bring in wood and burn in wood burning fireplace & store wood on patio. Wow...are they crazy...someone could burn the place down,not to mention termites, and old fireplaces usually have leakage issues for the people under you. I also mentioned, that I noticed that their is Not a single photo or virtual tour of a 1 bedroom, and was told that they could email pics, that I never received. The more questions I asked, they continued to deflect (I felt like they weren't being completely truthful. The final straw is ehen I asked about employees that live on site, but don't abide that this community is smoke free. I was feed another excuse, but I think this review and the other two are true! One site , stated couldnt trust reviews for this property because they had to many fake one. Too many Red Flag, If manager lips are moving then they probably lying. Whew, glad I escaped this bullet.

We have resigned our lease for the 4th time for several reasons. Primarily, location, location, location! Close to the main shopping district as well as what we have found to be good schools. The management and staff take extraordinary time and pride in maintaining a stellar property. The upgrades have kept pace with the times. The property itself is well maintained and serviced. Tennis,Childrens Playground and lovely pool. We have never been forgotten or ignored in regard to repairs and service needs. Prompt, courteous, and efficient in all regards. Take the time to take a tour and see why many families choose to make the Reserve at Harper's point their home BTW the pool parties and contests are awesome!
I have lived at Harper's Point for 8 years. I love it! The office staff is friendly, courteous, and professional They also have the time to help, no matter how trivial or big my issue. The maintenance team is top-notch. Any problem I have had has been fixed in one day. They are very professional and I thoroughly trust every one of the guys. The team has taken the time to befriend my dog, Mouse, and she loves when they stop by the apartment. I feel safe on the property and I have NEVER had to call about any disturbance. My two kids love it here, especially my daughter, who loves the pool. And the property is maintained well. I never see unsightly trash or debris. I love the new flowers they put out at the change of seasons. I love it here so much that I just renewed my lease for another 18 months! Thomas Vincent
Great location, but wish I could get a little more bang for my buck. A little pricey for what we were given.
My husband and I had a short term lease with Harper's Reserve until our house was finished. The staff is nice, they are pet friendly, the location is excellent, and they are updated. We had issues with our kitchen sink several times, but they addressed it quickly each time. Any time we had an issue it was resolved fast. The maintenance, was always very careful about going in and out due to us having 2 cats. Shopping and the interstate is very close.
My cousin and I love living here; the whole staff is wonderful and it’s super convenient to get to most places around here in Murfreesboro!
We have lived here for 4 years and we love it here. It’s super convenient to get to most everything in town. The apartment is quiet to be so close to 24. The office staff is awesome, anytime we have issues they are fixed within 48 hours.

I love it here! I've been living here 1 1/2 years and I've been treated with nothing but kindness and respect, by the office staff. They have not only been kind to me, but also my children. When there's a problem they are on it. Maintenance is awesome! Valerie, the office manager is great, she has been my A-1 since day 1. I really appreciate her and all her help. When it was time for me to move renew my lease she did everything in her power, and got my daughter and I into another apartment here at Harpers Point. This is a great place to live!
Just moved to Harpers Point a couple weeks ago. Im loving the complex. My favorite parts are the large dog run and screened in patios!
We moved in over a year ago and aren't planning on leaving anytime soon. The apartments are good sized and well taken care of and just perfect for our family of 5. The amenities (pool, gym, business office) are great and the staff is fantastic and friendly. The events and gatherings the staff plans for our small community are so thoughtful and well planned and really make this place feel like a small village. The grounds are well taken care of and the maintenance team is always around, friendly, and knowledgeable. The schools (preK through high school) are all fantastic and there are enough kids here to mingle and make friends with. I highly recommend living here. The overall price and value beat out many other locations in Murfreesboro and other surrounding areas.
We moved here from Chicago in may of 2018. Had a hard time finding a place after living in hotels for 2months, reserve@ haperspoint made our dream come true, a place to call home. Management was understanding of our situation and we were Approved. Place is great, complex is great, we are truely happy to be in this location around every thing. We moved here from Chicago. Without even seeing it in person. Best decision ever. Management is great, complex is great, we truly have zero complaints. The location is ideal because it is right next to 24 and we honestly feel like we are on vacation. Immaculate pool, beautiful landscaping, pet friendly, quick to respond with any requests, clean, pest free, what more could you want?! We love our new home. HarpersPoint has created such a wonderful opportunity for myself and my family. We moved from Wisconsin and we’re in desperate need of somewhere to call our own for everyone in our family(including our big Dane). Not only was the staff efficient but extremely helpful as well. The place is gorgeous, inside and out. I’m so proud to say I live here. My kids enjoy playing at the park with the other children and taking a dive at the pool. It’s also really close to work for both my husband and I and the school are amazing.

Hi, this is a awesome apartment community. This is another year here we have been extremely happy here we moved in two bedroom and after a year moved into a three bedroom. Everything with that went extremely well. The staff here and very friendly and helpful. They very well maintained the maintenance team are great. You put work in and within 24 hours it’s taken care of. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. It has so many things to offer the pool is my favorite and outdoor grilling area. You have a beautiful gym with top of the line equipment and a personal trainer available. The business center and Club house, along with activities to come together and be community and meet your neighbors and make friends. It’s a gated community and the location is awesome too. You are 30 minuets to Nashville and minuets to the express way and numerous restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend Harper’s Point apartments.
The Reserve @ Harper's Point is where my husband & I have called home since moving back to Tennessee a year ago. They have great amenities and while the complex is older than some in the area they do a excellent job of upgrading to stay up to date with the current market. Valerie was willing to help us through the process of securing our apartment all the way from Florida. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable and friendly. They complete quarterly walkthroughs to insure all is in excellent working order. Conveniently located close to I24, shopping, groceries and more.
I've lived here for several years and love it here. It's close to the interstate and the personnel are all wonderful.
Moved here in September of 2016 and have no complaints. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had trouble finding a place I could keep my two German shepherd dogs and they welcomed me and my dogs. I’ve had two maintenance problems that were taken care of immediately. We moved here from GA in August and the staff made the transition so easy and smooth for us while planning the move long distance. When we came in for the tour, they almost immediately asked how my job interview went - and that’s how I knew this was the place for my family. I wasn’t just another potential tenant walking through the door, like asking what I was looking for in an apartment, but instead I felt like they truly cared about me as a person. Maintenance is so quick to fix anything, even when I’m not sure if something might not be working correctly, they still take the time to double-check. We absolutely love all the great events they have for us - once again, it’s like they truly care for us as people and not just random tenants. Even after we had just moved in, I walked into the office to ask a question, and Dayna didn’t even have to ask who I was or what apartment, she already knew what I was coming in to ask. Staff support has been good from maintenance to office. It's a great location and is close to interstate, shopping, and schools. I find it to be pretty quiet for an apartment community. I also like that my apartment is on a two level
I moved from Florida back in May 2017 because of a new job and chose the Reserve at Harpers Point. Valerie Whitlock helped me plan the entire move in long distance and helped me coordinate all the details down to utilities and cable. I have been so pleased from the get-go!! This staff is willing to work with you and go the extra mile to make your move as easy as possible! The apartment is lovely and I was able to do the check-in paperwork on my time with no rush or pressure. Found a couple of details I needed addressed and they sent their maintenance team to sort it out right away. It was as painless of a process as possible!! Ever since then, I have been blessed with a positive relationship with the entire office and maintenance crew! They make every effort to engage you in family-fun events and activities. They are cheerful and helpful to all ends. Anything I need is handled expeditiously. And I am still loving my apartment!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to live and VERY convenient location!! We have lived at Harper's Point for nearly a year. The staff is kind, accommodating, and quick to make repairs if needed. I would recommend the Harper's Point community to anyone with confidence.
I have lived at this complex for about 3 years now. Never had a problem with noise, another resident, or the staff! Anytime I place a maintenance request it’s always taken care of that day which is awesome. Rent has gone up, but the area in general has gotten more expensive as the years have passed. I like living here and plan to for awhile!
We moved here in October of 2016 and before moving in we had to wait for 1-2 days before they even got ahold of our old apartment and that was only because I, personally, went and got the paperwork. Then they told us we were able to move in after we signed papers in the morning and it was close to 4 before they decided they were ready. That was just the beginning. The carpet was filthy when we moved in and you could tell the previous tenants had pets and the water unit was filthy and has dust everywhere! Not to mention I had them have someone come out and clean the coils. Both of my children have respiratory issues and we had problems with smoke seeping through our front door, which caused problems with our 5 month old, at the time. We've had issues with things in the lease not being followed through with and if you don't work for the complex you're pretty much out of luck. They make it very apparent they are always "correct" and so are their employees. As far as being a gated community... people come in the wrong gate all the time because it's open when they pull up. Dayna and Carly are very unprofessional and can't return emails. Greg was a much better manager and so much more friendly! I've stayed in numerous apartments and this is definitely on the bottom of my list. However, we did win $300 off our rent for July so at least we got something out of it. Much better apartments in the boro to go with!.
Where to start the staff here are just awsome people I moved in two months ago and from signing my lease the staff have just been great the grounds are clean and taken care of by an amazing maintenance staff I see them picking up the grounds every morning. The maintenance staff are great you can't pass by them without them waving and saying a greeting When I put service request in I asked the nice lady when will it get done she told me that maintenance does everything they can to get requests in 24 hours but they work 8to 5pm at my surprise I get a knock on my door at 5:30 pm it was maintenance with a smile fixed my small issue when I asked him I thought maintenance leaves at 5 his response was I didn't want to leave today without corecting your issue and have you feel we didn't care this is the best place to live the staff does community functions seems like every month and seems they want to do it. Lots of pets here and lot of residents are nice and friendly it's a great place to call home
Let me start by saying that we LOVE the property and staff of Harper's Point! From the office staff, to the maintenance and security staff...AWESOME!!! It is the most family (and pet ????) friendly, and community oriented apartment property! It truly is like a family here! Our office staff (Dayna, Valerie, and Greg) are so sweet, professional, and on point! And, we have so much fun at our property/community gatherings...A BLAST! So, If you're looking for a new "HOME", look no further! We here at Harper's Point say, "WELCOME HOME"!!! ?? ????????
My daughter had a bad reaction to the medication she was taking and I couldn't get to her so I called Dayna the Asst. Manager and she didn't hesitate and took care of her until a family member came. What a staff how many residents can say that. My family and I would like to thank her from the bottom of our hearts.
