Warner Robins combines its rich military heritage with comfortable suburban living. Home to Robins Air Force Base, the city's largest employer with over 25,000 workers, the community offers housing options from established neighborhoods to new developments. Current rental rates show one-bedroom apartments averaging $991 per month and two-bedrooms at $1,257. Located between Macon and Interstate 75, Warner Robins provides easy access to major transportation routes, while the Commercial Circle area continues to develop with new sidewalks and community spaces.
Residents enjoy outdoor recreation at the Walk at Sandy Run and Walker's Pond Trail. The Museum of Aviation, situated near the Air Force base, stands as Georgia's largest tourist attraction outside Atlanta and the second-largest Air Force museum nationwide. The city's sports legacy includes being the birthplace of tee-ball and celebrating its Little League team's 2007 World Series victory.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Wynn Place
Property is dirty. There’s trash left everywhere from the stairwells to the lawn and parking area. Gym equipment is being torn up. Pool area is still not open and it’s the end of June. There’s a computer room but no printers available. Tenants just don’t care about the upkeep of the property and management does nothing to enforce that these things are taken care of.
This place does not reflect the beautiful brochure online. In person it appears to be beautiful but there is many underlying issues. The property was a speedy build with many errors. Majority of the residents are ghetto with untamed children. If you are looking for structure go to some of the other new developments that look for working families. This is a drug infested community. No quiet hours. Kids are damaging vehicles and the property. Trash is constantly thrown out by residents that don’t care. No surveillance whatsoever. The staff in the office appear to be nice but doesn’t get involved with enforcement. Predators are living on the property. There’s been shootings already so please if you’re looking for safety and a nice living with class, morals and value…go elsewhere. Working families shouldn’t have to be in fear of violence every single day. If you like a uniform type living where the balconies/patios are beautiful. This place is not it. Its awful. Nothing but junk and it is not a good look for newly built apartments. Do yourself a favor and look into the other newly constructed apartments/town homes. This is a too good to be true place. The laundry is filthy. The residents are the ones to blame so you know the type of people who are occupying this community. If you’re desperate please go the other way. In two years I can see many tragedies at Reserve at Wynn Place.
Brand new. Just about all amenities. Big area to walk dog before coming into apartments. Updated interior. Nice sized balcony. Everything is fresh and nice! I feel at peace and I feel safe. Sure who knows what the future holds but better to start somewhere fresh in a decent area! Hope to be here a good while!
When I first spoke to the property manager, I was greeted with a very nasty attitude. I decided to ignore it and proceed with the conversation regarding my application. I was told to come in a certain day and time to do the application. The property manager told me even though I make less than the required amount, she was going to see what she could do to get me in a unit. After a couple of days went by, I received an email from the property manager stating I wasn't approved because I owed money at my previous address. I told her I would get it taken care of. Her response was, "Okay, after you get that paid in full, please let me know." She also stated that was the requirement in order to move in. After I paid the amount I owed, sent all of the documentation proving I paid it, she changed her mind. She came up with excuses to not allow me to move in. I was highly disappointed and disgusted at what she did. If she was willing to help me get approved, even though I made TOO LITTLE the first time, why is it such a big deal that I supposedly make TOO MUCH all of a sudden? I honestly believe she did this on purpose.
