Property Ratings at Reserve at Oakleigh
This is my first apartment and I’ve lived here for 1 month. I’ve had good and bad experiences so far while living here. The good is that it’s quiet, inexpensive and it is conveniently located near the interstate and my favorite stores. The bad is there is absolutely no parking spaces left after 4-6 pm, people have to park on the sides of the road which makes the place apartment complex look disorganized and messy, tenants leave there trash throughout the parking lot, the gates are always opened (I’m guessing they don’t work), you do not have 24 hour access to the gym (I’ve never received a key card for access). I had to move in a couple days late because a huge stain was found the day I was supposed to move in. Even though this wasn’t a true issue. I found it truly annoying. That’s my honest review. I’ll probably post another review after a couple month.
I have been a tenant in 2 different bldgs and apts I have been through 2 different mgmt companies but nobody beats the company we have now Jay is an amazing asst mgr he held this complex down and made sure all of us was comfortable and up to date on maintenance and signing a new lease Mrs.Courtnie was very forward and business minded she's very family oriented these 2 have kept every promise to all the residents we are a gated community with a very peaceful environment everyone is welcoming and the kid's are safe daily playing outside not 1 incident stop by and see there options they will work with you and once you in your now our family thanks you guys love my office team and maintenance the best to ever do it

My applying process was easy as any one who applies for apartment would want it to be. The apartment I looked at which was a 1bedroom apt was amazing, clean and well toured. I would recommend this place for someone who wants a gated quiet community and affordable lifestyle.
