The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Lebanon
Look up the google review I left with pictures of the black mold. They tried to tell me it was water damage and to put a fan in the room.
I really enjoy living at Brookside Condos. My apartment is nice and haven't had any issues so far.
We have a lot of space in our apartment and plenty of parking. Pretty quiet building considering it's located right off of a major road. No complaints!
One look at the hallways and you'll find it unfinished with cracks and openings everywhere. The poor paint job only distracts from the on again off again lighting situation. In our one bedroom, the carpet was horribly stained and a fragrance of cat urine only went away after two months. The dishwasher's front plate was taped on, the range (electric) was either uncalibrated or faulty, a minor roach infestation made the kitchen a risk, and the bathroom... that's still a mess with the poor piping and shower issues. Electricity failed in the bathroom and they refuse to investigate further, waiting on "a roofing quote" before they fix anything. That wouldn't be so bad if we had a time frame, but here we are, a couple weeks later and still getting nothing. We've called multiple times and even sent a certified letter, but their response times are slow. In fact, many of the main company's staff isn't even aware that they own this property. No maintenance man assigned to this property either. Management is reluctant at best to solve issues. Also they tend to lie about when an off-site maintenance man is coming. This happened twice, ruined our plans for four days until I opened the wall and fixed the problem myself.
