Property Ratings at The Reserve at Knollwood
I move around a lot for school. I lived in The Reserve for two years and I have to say it was my absolute favorite apartment complex to live in. The apartments are so spacious and the new, sturdy, quality appliances are so impressive (I'm learning how much that makes a difference while in my new place). The parking lot lights are bright so I always felt safe walking into my apartment at night. Not to mention during the day, the apartment complex has the most breathtaking view of mountains in the distance. The pool is gorgeous and the clubhouse is to die for! They host fun events with REAL food. Every person I came in contact with were so kind. The front office was full of smiling faces and they were always willing to help. Matt, a leasing staff member, even helped me bring a huge box up into my apartment because it was too heavy for me. That's just one example of how nice they are! My maintenance work orders were also completed so fast!! Sometimes even within the same hour. Even the move out process was quick and smooth (no sketchy hidden bills like other places). I have no complaints and you won't either! Go see for yourself! You won't be disappointed.
Just wanted to give a huge Hokie SHOUT OUT to The Reserve at Knollwood apartment complex - my daughter lived there this past year with 2 other girls and it was such a pleasant experience. They are responsive, easy to deal with, parking was never a hassle, they offer wonderful amenities and I always felt that she was safe. Highly recommend!
